A dynamic beauty brand is hiring a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across Instagram and TikTok. This part-time remote position is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, video editing skills, and a passion for content strategy. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, brand growth, and performance reporting through social media.
Job Responsibilities

Create and manage 3 short-form videos weekly (Reels/TikToks)

Design and post 2 still posts per week (quotes, carousels, etc.)

Handle and grow content on Instagram and TikTok

Engage with the audience via comments and DMs

Provide monthly analytics reports (reach, engagement, growth)

Attend weekly strategy calls
Requirements

Experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok

Strong video editing skills tailored to TikTok/Reels

Graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools

Strong copywriting abilities (captions, hashtags, voice)

Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Suite (preferred)
