Casting Call: Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Editor

A dynamic beauty brand is hiring a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across Instagram and TikTok. This part-time remote position is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, video editing skills, and a passion for content strategy. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, brand growth, and performance reporting through social media.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage 3 short-form videos weekly (Reels/TikToks)

• Design and post 2 still posts per week (quotes, carousels, etc.)

• Handle and grow content on Instagram and TikTok

• Engage with the audience via comments and DMs

• Provide monthly analytics reports (reach, engagement, growth)

• Attend weekly strategy calls

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok

• Strong video editing skills tailored to TikTok/Reels

• Graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools

• Strong copywriting abilities (captions, hashtags, voice)

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Suite (preferred)

• Creative mindset with strong content strategy instincts

• Must submit a portfolio (short-form content samples preferred)

Compensation

• £350–£500/month depending on experience

• Remote position (London-based applicants preferred)
