Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the agency, managing communication between models, clients, and partners

• Assist in scouting and developing new modeling talent

• Maintain up-to-date portfolios, comp cards, and digital submissions

• Coordinate castings, bookings, and client meetings

• Track and manage scheduling, contracts, and client relations

• Provide creative and administrative support to senior agents
