At AndHumanity, we’re looking for a talented and interculturally sensitive Creative Director to fulfill a non-conventional agency role. You will lead and collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, content creators, social managers, filmmakers, and engage with ally creatives to create projects that inspire and provide a platform for underrepresented voices. - You have 5+ years of work experience as a Senior-Level Creative in storytelling for brands, including film, design, copywriting or brand development, and at least those with 2 years on the agency side.
