Job Description
A student production team is casting non-union actors for a crime drama pilot titled “Kash Withdrawn.” The project is being co-produced with students from Fanshawe and is scheduled to film over approximately seven shoot days between late March and early April.
The production plans to submit the pilot to networks such as Rogers, Bell, and CBC for potential development opportunities. While the project is a student production, it offers performers the chance to gain on-set experience, build their acting reel, and participate in a pilot that may evolve into a larger project.
The series follows seventeen-year-old Kash Martin, a high school student navigating a difficult home life. When friends pull him into a risky robbery, Kash is forced to confront the consequences of his choices as stolen money, a gun he doesn’t know how to use, and his own conscience push him toward a life-changing decision.
Job Responsibilities

Perform assigned acting roles in the student pilot “Kash Withdrawn”

Participate in rehearsals, self-tape auditions, or live auditions as scheduled

Collaborate with the director and production team during filming

Deliver performances aligned with the tone of a crime drama and teen thriller

Follow the filming schedule across the planned shoot days
