Job Description: Des Hamilton Casting, a BAFTA award-winning casting company, is currently seeking a young Irish boy for the lead role in an upcoming feature film. The character, “Leo,” is imaginative, kind, and bright. Applicants do not require previous acting experience, making this an excellent opportunity for new talents to shine in a significant role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character “Leo” as per the director’s vision.
- Participate in rehearsals and take direction from the production team.
- Work collaboratively with other cast members and crew.
- Attend costume fittings and makeup sessions as required.
- Be available for the entire shooting schedule.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 8-11 years old.
- Must be based in Ireland.
- Imaginative, kind, and bright personality traits.
- Lived experience of neurodivergence is welcomed but not essential.
- All submissions must be made by a parent or guardian.
