Job Responsibilities

Run critical errands and distribute information across the venue

Coordinate announcer arrivals, departures, and production needs

Support show-related logistics and troubleshoot real-time issues

Serve as a point of contact and check-in with the operations team daily

Assist and guide other runners working on-site
Requirements

Must live within 100 miles of the event venue

Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license required

Minimum of 8 live remote shows as a regional-level runner

Must have excellent communication skills (text, phone, and email)

Proactive, dependable personality that thrives under pressure

Must check in and out daily with operations lead
