Casting Call: Booking Manager for RI Team

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Booking Manager to join the RI team. This role requires a blend of creativity and meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookings for RI, including liaising with event organizers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of gigs and events. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage approvals and responses for incoming email inquiries and opportunities.
  • Coordinate RI events and bookings calendar to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Prepare gig schedules and itineraries for RI, the live band, and crew.
  • Handle travel preparations, including logistics and accommodations.
  • Execute payouts and financial arrangements for live band and crew.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in booking management or a similar role within the music industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
