• Rookies & Mechanics (Male, 22–58, all ethnicities) – Rugged yet relatable; comfortable working outdoors. Shoots Nov 3–6.

• Geologist & Surveyor (Female, 22–55, all ethnicities) – Confident, relatable; comfortable on active sites. Shoots Nov 3–5.

• Local Tucson/Arizona hires only; no travel provided.

• Must be reliable, on time, and comfortable in basic workwear/PPE.

Compensation

• $2,000 minus 20% agency fee (per selected role)
