Job Responsibilities

Monitor enrollment, billing, and refunds; upload data to INGRESS

Collaborate with the academics team on course scheduling and balancing

Handle enrollment verifications, grade reports, and transcript distribution

Verify student prerequisites and manage student data records

Respond to student inquiries and provide support via email and phone

Promote educational programs and assist prospective students
Requirements

Experience with education program coordination or similar administrative roles
