Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage semester registration pages using Swoogo event software

  • Monitor enrollment, billing, and refunds; upload data to INGRESS

  • Collaborate with the academics team on course scheduling and balancing

  • Handle enrollment verifications, grade reports, and transcript distribution

  • Verify student prerequisites and manage student data records

  • Respond to student inquiries and provide support via email and phone

  • Promote educational programs and assist prospective students

Requirements

  • Experience with education program coordination or similar administrative roles

  • Familiarity with event software such as Swoogo and database systems like INGRESS

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to handle student records, correspondence, and program logistics

  • Customer-service mindset and attention to detail
