Job Responsibilities

- Incorporate authentic personality, rhythm, and cultural background into the role.
- Follow creative direction while maintaining a natural and engaging on-camera presence.
- Participate in a production day of up to 12 hours.
Requirements
- Male or female talent.
- Ages 27–35.
- Must be from or have authentic cultural or family ties to the Bahamas, Guyana, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, or Grenada.
- Strong speaking and on-camera performance skills.
- Comfortable with direct-to-camera performance and comedic reality-TV-style material.
- Must be able to work in Tampa, Florida.
Compensation
- $1,200.
- 15% agency commission.

- Background talent should be of European or Indian descent.
- Principal roles require an audition.
- Must be able to work as a local hire in Tampa, Florida.
Compensation
- Principal Speaking Roles: $1,200, less 15% agency commission.
- Usage: One-year unlimited broadcast across all platforms, plus perpetual social media and brand website usage.
- Granny Role: $500, less 15% agency commission.
- Background Roles: $400, less 15% agency commission.
