Job Description
Lauren Waters Casting is searching for female actors and content creators, ages 18 to 25, for lead roles in a new vertical series pilot set inside the world of a teen print magazine. Shot in a mockumentary, day-in-the-life style, the series follows the personalities, relationships, and behind-the-scenes chaos of life at a teen magazine — funny, character-driven, awkward, and very real. They want performers who are naturally quick-witted, great at improv, and comfortable being spontaneous on camera.
Job Responsibilities
- Play a lead character in a vertical series pilot
- Improvise and bring original, memorable characters to life
- Perform in a mockumentary/documentary-style format
- Film 1 to 2 days at approximately 10 hours per day
Requirements
- Female actors and content creators, 18 to 25 years old
- Naturally funny with strong improv skills
- Conversational and natural on camera
- Comfortable with mockumentary-style performance
- Vertical video experience a plus
Compensation
- $250 per day
