Job Summary

We are looking for an outstanding Digital Producer / Marketing Project Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects (from requirement gathering and discovery, documentation of technical specs, creative development, and oversight of development initiatives to QA and project launch), team resourcing, and prioritizing accordingly against company goals and constraints. You will be the ultimate puppet master managing the day-to-day and long-term projects of a rapidly growing startup.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Project planning & resourcing
    • Scope resource allocation, develop detailed project plans and timelines, and lead teams to established deadlines
    • Understand company objectives and prioritize accordingly, understand how tasks and projects roll up to larger strategies and campaign goals
    • Oversee and contribute to the documentation of business requirements and functional specs
    • Research project requirements create proposals, and creatively problem-solve around timing, resources, and budgets, and plan contingencies
    • Be the key contact to communicate technical recommendations, digital dependencies, and any possible limitations
  • Project management
    • Manage marketing projects across marketing, business development, sales, and other interdepartmental work streams
    • Work with analytics to ensure all digital assets are properly tagged
    • Coordinate integration of copy, creative assets,, and code for digital assets and other collateral
    • Manage creative and technical development of work across website, digital campaigns, email, partner collateral, event materials, and other content needs
    • Communicate project status to teams and leadership on a regular basis
    • Route work through reviews and approvals
    • Report and track design, dev, and QA tasks
    • Provide oversight and quality control on all deliverables
    • Proactively share information with teammates, convey feedback accurately and clearly
  • Post-project management
    • Effectively organize and archive assets
    • Lead project post-mortems as needed
    • Establish best practices and process enhancements
