The nature of this role means you’d be working across the business with everyone from the marketing team to the founder.

As Social Media & Influencer Manager, your role will be to effectively, efficiently and creatively support the team and wider business by boosting awareness, education and excitement through organic and paid influencer activities, across our social channels, and through community management. The perfect candidate will have a start-up mindset and be hugely passionate about wellness, beauty, social media and the general media landscape. They will be a strong multi-tasker, a creative thinker and a team-player who is able to also work independently when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Build an engaged community on our social media channels with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok using qualitative metrics and day-to-day community management.

·       Build ongoing relationships with key influencers in the industry with a view to generating qualitative organic content on social media in-line with KPIs.

·      Create and manage a social media content strategy for our IG and TikTok channels.

·      Manage from start to finish Paid Influencer Campaigns – including shortlisting, negotiating, contracting, briefing, approving content and paying influencers.

·      Ensure a close working relationship with the key stakeholders.  

·      Contribute any fresh and creative ideas for new launches and hero product strategy.

·      Plan and execute product and creative mailers in line with brand strategy and launch calendar.

·       Assist in working alongside any external agencies (TikTok/Press) to ensure increased efficiency.

·      Monitor and optimize our monthly report to track performances.

·      Follow-up budget on a monthly basis – Managing the monthly budget and invoices in a timely manner, ensuring any issues are effectively communicated with all key stake-holders.

·      Benchmark trends and share them with the wider Marketing team.  

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a permanent role working in beauty/ wellness/fashion in a similar role (agency or in-house)

·      Confident working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Docs/ Sheets

·      A team player with energy, integrity, initiative and a can-do attitude working to support team members.

·      The ability to be a self-starter, pro-active, multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects / roles.

·      A leader in digital, social and industry trends.

·      A good eye for detail and excellent creative writing skills.

·      Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills.

·      Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

·      Experience in using social coverage tracking tools necessary.  

·      A keen interest in emerging influencers and broader media landscape – especially across digital and social media.

·      Experience in creating a social strategy, scheduling content and community management ideal.

·      Personal and professional passion for content creation ideal, especially IG and TikTok (Canva and Photoshopping experience preferential).

·      Negotiating/contracting/briefing influencer experience ideal.

·      Good press, digital and influencer contacts would be beneficial.
