We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our mighty production team! As producers we help our studio drive vision and ideas from conception into reality. We pride ourselves on facilitating a collaborative and agile environment.

What you’ll do:
● Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
● Create a team environment where everyone feels comfortable having a voice
● Creatively solve problems across disciplines
● Define and maintain complex work pipelines
● Build strong communication bridges between teams
● Uncover and remove team impediments that prevent our teams from achieving their shared goal
● Manage product scope and control scope creep during the development sprints
● Work with the project team to provide estimates
● Continuously work with teams to help improve/maintain velocity
● Identify, manage and mitigate project and team risks
● Coach and train studio team members on agile tools and practices in an Agile game development environment
● Roadmap and resource planning

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in gaffing for narrative film
