Position
We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our mighty production team! As producers we help our studio drive vision and ideas from conception into reality. We pride ourselves on facilitating a collaborative and agile environment.
About you:
● You are passionate about games and the game development process
● You are comfortable working with international teams
● Are an expert working in different agile methodologies
● Are comfortable navigating an existing studio process and helping to iterate on it
● Have experience helping a new team build a strong foundation that allows them to thrive
● Value collaboration and team culture as much as effective process
● Can both recognize problems and know how to find the root cause
● You like working in a fast paced, high energy environment with a high amount of dependencies between teams
● You are adaptive and believe processes should evolve and change to fit the needs of the team
● You pride yourself on your communication skills
● Tools like jira/confluence/airtable/google suite feel like a second home
● You believe in iteration
● You are a lifelong learner and also love sharing knowledge
What you’ll do:
● Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
● Create a team environment where everyone feels comfortable having a voice
● Creatively solve problems across disciplines
● Define and maintain complex work pipelines
● Build strong communication bridges between teams
● Uncover and remove team impediments that prevent our teams from achieving their shared goal
● Manage product scope and control scope creep during the development sprints
● Work with the project team to provide estimates
● Continuously work with teams to help improve/maintain velocity
● Identify, manage and mitigate project and team risks
● Coach and train studio team members on agile tools and practices in an Agile game development environment
● Roadmap and resource planning
