Our client, a leading voice in marketing video games, is seeking an Associate Producer who is a strategic thought leader with a passion for the video games industry. The ideal person for the Associate Producer role must have advertising and/or entertainment video production experience. We’re looking for an Associate Producer that is ambitious, motivated, and an organized multitasker with a love for entertainment and video games.
This is a hybrid work-from-home/onsite position, with the default being work-from-home, but with onsite work on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist, and at times lead, creative development and production of video assets. Support in managing all facets of projects including development, script presentations, production, budgeting, scheduling, editorial and capture department supervision
- Work with producers to create project briefs, budget and timelines to achieve internal objectives and business growth
- Coordinate communication of project objectives, timelines, and feedback to Hammer team in the most timely and clear manner possible
- Work closely with producers and those in charge of bandwidth management to schedule both internal and external creative and production resources for both campaign and asset-based work, including continuously assessing and forecasting bandwidth to make recommendations for expansion and contraction as necessary
- Oversee asset management across multiple servers and project management platforms, and ensure workflow processes are appropriately followed by all team members
Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years prior experience supporting the production of A/V assets
- Entertainment advertising experience required
- Strong personal interest in video games
- Some knowledge of creative project lifecycles, especially related to A/V production
- Experience in managing multiple projects, including knowledge of budgets, scheduling and personnel
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
