Responsibilities

  • Create highly visual and impactful design strategies and creative that inspire customer and consumer decisions.
  • Develop design strategies and creative that includes brand identity work including logo design, menu design, advertising campaign creative for all tactics, and environmental graphics.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in graphic design and techniques.

  • Experience in the video, animation, motion graphics, and audio editing using Adobe After Effects, and Premiere. Experience with Auditions is a plus.
  • Advanced graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and desktop publishing.

Senior Art Director

As a Senior Art Director at Colle McVoy, you’ll be responsible for delivering brand-building, big ideas, putting your design skills to work and executing creative across mediums. You’ll spend a lot of time with a copywriter dreaming up ridiculously big ideas and then bring them to life. Sometimes you’ll work with outside vendors such as photographers, retouchers, illustrators, directors, animators, editors, influencers and other production partners. Reporting into the VP/Digital Studio, Executive Producer, Taste of Home, will supervise the Digital Studio team’s efforts to create short and long-form digital content for TOH’s social channels and O&O site, and participate in the development and production of original series for streaming.

In addition to being a strong manager and coach, the Executive Producer, Taste of Home is a creative video expert with excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of short and long-form video content and production, extensive knowledge of best practices for audience engagement on all social.

With a deep passion for digital entertainment, the Executive Producer can also turn social-first formats into OTT formats and vice versa and has a strong track record of working with advertisers in the branded video space. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective execution of creative vision for the Taste of Home brand in video content
  • Manage all Producers and Associate Producers (APs) and their output
  • Produce and manage all video content and original series video production in conjunction with the studio production team.
  • Manage and track the Brand O&O Revolving Slate
  • Create and present scripts or concept decks to internal leadership

  • Collaborate with the sales team on preparation of recommendations, strategies and actions for branded content partnerships
  • Work with the CCO/Home & Garden, Content Director/TOH, Community Manager (CM), Associate Producer (AP) to create outreach with influencers for editorial and e-commerce related content
  • Lead by example and be willing to help with the entire spectrum of production work, from small – large budget productions, to community engagement, to posting for the channels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a senior-level producer, EP, director in a production environment (digital, production, broadcast, post)

The Photo Studio Manager / Producer maintains high-level knowledge and organization of all content productions and photoshoots. This role works closely with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing and Creative to align on seasonal needs for the business.

  • Own the production process of all studio shoots – Ecom Lifestyle, Product Flats, Video, Go-to-Market needs, etc – and select outdoor lifestyle shoots
