Responsibilities and Duties

We need an experienced Art Director to join the Las Vegas Studio. We are looking for an individual that can provide clear artistic vision, define opportunity to disrupt marketplace, and set a creative bar for the studio and company alike.

This individual will be excellent in mentoring and guidance for the art team, with core understanding of composition, motion graphics, color, graphic layout, fonts, and delivering market relevant solutions.

This position utilizes the team, recognizing the strengths and opportunities of each individual, with proactive leadership to anticipate and address future needs of products.

Other duties include:

  • Maintain regular art reviews covering composition, graphics, prototype, theme selections, and new market opportunities
  • Manage, mentor, and coach the art team to reach and exceed market leading graphics and visual content.
  • Regular 1:1 reviews with the art staff, with guidance on craft and career growth.
  • Open and honest feedback, build on the great and correct for the opportunity.
  • Guide for new production methods, tools, and styles
  • Attract, interview, and hire new talent for roles in the art team.
  • Partner with other studio leaders including Producers, Engineering, Game Design, Audio, and Project Management to deliver market moving games.
  • Contribute to improving development process, productivity and overall artistic quality of games in production.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design or equivalent work experience
  • Experience of 7-10 years in a Senior Art Leadership role within the casino gaming industry. Outside industries in video games or interactive art also considered.
  • Strong understanding of Design, Composition, Color, Motion Graphics, & Visual Effects.
  • Excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects / Photoshop)
  • Experience in Trapcode Suite, Element 3D or Particle Illusion software beneficial.
  • Knowledge in one or more 3D packages, ie. 3DS Max, Maya, Blender and Unity.
  • Attention to detail and application from past learnings.

Associate Event Producers support the internal workings such as planning, staffing, tracking and overall behind the scenes of activating Diageo brand events. They are responsible for assisting the Regional Director in an administrative support role to execute the overall quality and execution of consumer experiences. Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): staffing, managing payroll, Event report forms, event sourcing, budget creation / management, vendor communications, timeline management, asset logistics, on-site execution, administrative and operational tasks. Events range in size, scale, and timing, and Associate Event Producers must be able to organize and coordinate multiple sized events simultaneously. Qualifications

  • Play a support role to Event Regional Directors and assist in all aspects of administrative needs, event planning and activation within designated markets as assigned, ensuring all deliverables are met for both regional and localized assignments and any assigned task as assigned.

Job Description

You will work closely with Producers, Product Specialists and Executive Producers on live virtual car walkthroughs for customers for our General Motors client. This role requires a mixture of technical knowledge as well as knowledge of digital workflows, with an onsite experiential component. In this role, you will work onsite at the GM studio, ensuring all technical and digital aspects of the virtual walkthrough flow smoothly – from setting up video equipment and setting up the network connection to ensuring there are no connection issues and that onscreen intro and end frames are correct.

The Associate Producer is an entry level position responsible for supporting all levels of production on integrated engagements, sometimes leading small engagements on his/her own. It is a learning position where priority is to have wide exposure into different productions, but also a role who is expected to independently manage small/low stakes productions. You are our first source of information, communications, and statuses/successes/failures, and act as the documenters and trouble shooters for all things going on in the studio, ensuring the correct info gets to the correct people in a timely manner.

Executive Producer – Technical and Creative Services

The Special Event Company is seeking an experienced Executive Producer of Technical & Creative Services to join our growing dynamic team. The Executive Producer will be responsible for leadership and oversight of client communication projects for live, virtual and studio productions. From the project’s inception to implementation, they will review and consult with stakeholders to offer advice, assign tasks, and ensure project cohesion and delivery for technical and creative services. The position requires experience supporting client communications (conferences, meetings, webinars, webcasts and video production) and proficiency in the industry landscape, aware of current trends, vendors and best practices for delivering outstanding and effective communications.

 

Executive Producer

●        Help plan and execute the events: brainstorm ideas, develop event plan, and project timeline for projects

●        Successful client communication across all event types

●        Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as clients, presenters, technical crew, designers and external vendors

●        Define objectives, outcomes and deliverables for communication projects

●        Manage, organize and communicate project logistics and details to team members and staff

Position Summary

The Creative Director (Autodesk Flame) will work with directors, VFX supervisors, editors, and CG supervisors by overseeing existing and upcoming projects and managing artists through completion of post production. They will clearly communicate and justify concepts while leading the planning, design, and implementation of multiple creative projects.

Main Duties

The Creative Director must be able to ensure a high creative standard is maintained across multiple projects while working with other VFX Supervisors, leads and Juniors to help elevate their skills. The candidate will oversee freelance teams to ensure they have support and can meet method’s benchmarks. In addition, the Creative Director must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with directors, agency creatives, and producers.

  • Clearly communicate and justify concepts and lead the planning, design and implementation of all creative projects.
