Louder with Crowder is looking for a Video Director who is responsible for translating Steven’s vision from the script to the screen. The perfect candidate will use their mastery of mise-en-scene and editing to establish comedic tone, style, and rhythm for all Louder with Crowder pre-filmed sketches, opens, commercials, and music videos. This includes:

Position Summary

The Creative Director (Autodesk Flame) will work with directors, VFX supervisors, editors, and CG supervisors by overseeing existing and upcoming projects and managing artists through completion of post production. They will clearly communicate and justify concepts while leading the planning, design, and implementation of multiple creative projects.

Main Duties

The Creative Director must be able to ensure a high creative standard is maintained across multiple projects while working with other VFX Supervisors, leads and Juniors to help elevate their skills. The candidate will oversee freelance teams to ensure they have support and can meet method’s benchmarks. In addition, the Creative Director must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with directors, agency creatives, and producers.

  • Clearly communicate and justify concepts and lead the planning, design and implementation of all creative projects.
  • Achieve simple to complex compositing tasks at all stages of the production process including pre-comps, temp composites, beauty work, 2D tracking, 2D effects, extractions, selection and integration of elements, and color grading
  • Mentor, assist and support other team members
  • Produce high level photorealistic images and create seamless transitions between filmed footage and composited 2D and 3D elements

Access Hollywood Digital is hiring an Associate Digital Video Producer who will be a part of our growing team of digital video producers/editors and writers. If you love entertainment news, are a super snappy writer and editor, who is also a pro at editing digital video quickly, this is the role for you.

This job entails producing and editing content for web platforms end-to-end. The ideal candidate is a digital journalist who is experienced in writing scripts, reporting and sourcing information, collecting assets, producing and editing digital video, and posting it on social platforms. A passion for entertainment news, celebrities and pop culture is a definite must.

The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and very fast at writing and creating digital video content. The ideal candidate can handle breaking entertainment news and is just as fluent creating fluff entertainment stories as they are at breaking down complex, legal and entertainment news stories. The ideal candidate should also be adept at writing articles, creating galleries and other types of entertainment news website content.

Job duties include creating entertainment news digital video for consumption on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and AccessOnline.com. These digital-first news stories are created by YOU from start to finish – meaning you’re responsible for collecting assets, VO’ing scripts, editing the video and publishing it across multiple digital platforms. Required responsibilities would include covering events in the areas of Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Washington D.C., and sometimes in New York City.

  • Create at least 3 digital video stories per day, often under tight news-driven deadlines
  • Cut short form digital video in under 3 hours from end-to-end: Collecting reporting, writing the script, collecting assets/b-roll, producing and editing video, and posting it on social and web platforms
  • Edit with ease in Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects or AVID
  • Optimize video formats for distribution – be able to create concise, interesting stories with a fun voice

  • On occasion, write articles and create galleries to be posted on-site

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • BA or BS from a four-year accredited college or university or equivalent experience

Job Purpose

Position Summary

Company 3 is looking to hire an Episodic Associate Producer to join its team! In this role you will act as an extension of a lead producer and be a main point of contact while working with internal and external teams to organize, supervise, and monitor the progress of projects.

Main Duties

You will help the Lead Producer manage and drive online, color and delivery schedules. You will act as a main point of contact alongside your producer for your internal CO3 team and clients via in-person interactions, e-mail, and phone. You will also assist in maintaining effective communication with the internal team and clients regarding job status. You will help coordinate and verify project needs prior to any session start times and/or client arrivals as well as deliveries. You will help keep a pulse on all projects being produced including the status of individual show/episodes and budgets.

You will bring experience in post-production or a related field, knowledge of online editing and color correction process as well as digital deliveries.

The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to the EVP, UCP and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

Essential Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties include: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying, filing, compiling and submitting expense reports, and planning all travel arrangements
  • Maintain submission log & return materials when appropriate
  • Coordinate meetings; maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production
  • Assist in communication with the creative community on a daily basis
  • Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats, talent and competitive environment
  • Distribute dailies, call sheets script revisions etc.
  • Be expected to handle confidential and other sensitive information
  • Will be a team player and cover for other department assistants as needed
  • Have a collaborative and positive attitude

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, Concur and Google suite
  • Minimum 1 year experience within studio, network, production, or agency
  • 2 years entertainment experience

Job Description

Associate Event Producers support the internal workings such as planning, staffing, tracking and overall behind the scenes of activating Diageo brand events. They are responsible for assisting the Regional Director in an administrative support role to execute the overall quality and execution of consumer experiences. Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): staffing, managing payroll, Event report forms, event sourcing, budget creation / management, vendor communications, timeline management, asset logistics, on-site execution, administrative and operational tasks. Events range in size, scale, and timing, and Associate Event Producers must be able to organize and coordinate multiple sized events simultaneously. This role requires strong cultural, community, and local awareness, with the ability to connect brands with the right events while maximizing consumer satisfaction and brand relevance.

Qualifications

  • Play a support role to Event Regional Directors and assist in all aspects of administrative needs, event planning and activation within designated markets as assigned, ensuring all deliverables are met for both regional and localized assignments and any assigned task as assigned.
  • Help source event opportunities that align with brand objectives to assigned regions and markets as needed.
  • Activate assigned events according to brand guidelines and ensure execution is consistent with brand standards

Financial Responsibility

Management Responsibility

  • Reports directly to the MKTG Regional Director
  • Ensure activation is planned for / and executed in compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes

Outputs

  • Continual evaluation of local market sponsorship opportunities and local event alignments against brand objectives
  • Meet regularly with Regional Director to ensure and enforce activation scopes are achieved
  • Ensure part-time event staff are understanding of activation goals and local compliance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience producing experiential / event production projects within a marketing or communications environment
  • Particularly interested in experience tying business strategy and sponsorship to experiential events.
  • Experience in at least one additional specialized area such as: stage production, lighting technology and design, transportation, set fabrication, décor styling, etc.
  • Strong organizational and coordinating abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to support numerous projects simultaneously while managing priorities and timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and easily approachable
  • Ability to pro-actively anticipate obstacles and create solutions.
