What we want you to do:

  • Owning and maintaining vendor relationships including coordinating activity between our PR agencies.
  • Developing, and maintaining the company and Jeff Lerner (CVO) PR calendar; work cross-functionally across the company to source ENTRE news for press.
  • Updates and maintains Jeff Lerner’s media kit and ENTRE’s earned media list.
  • Develop and maintain a database of journalist, podcast, and blogger relationships for future outreach.
  • Work with our copywriter to draft press releases and thought leadership articles for publications like Forbes. Draft responses to article requests on behalf of ENTRE stakeholders.
  • Source and respond to relevant PR opportunities using HARO.
  • Vets earned media opportunities, speaking requests, for Jeff Lerner and other stakeholders.
  • Develop key talking points and briefings for any appearances; assist with research.
  • Prepare media material and press kits for Jeff Lerner.
  • Track and report KPI’s established in coordination with the Brand Director.
  • Using monitoring tools to track and alert brand mentions, including creating an SOP for escalation.
  • Works with the content and SEO team to ensure earned media (press releases) are shared appropriately.
  • Coordinate PR activity, for the launch of Jeff’s book (special project)

What we are looking for and what you have to have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, verbal and written communication skills with a team-minded attitude to fill the role of an entry-level Public Relations Manager.
  • An ideal candidate will have previous agency experience or have completed an internship at a public relations agency.
  • Applicants preferred but not required with a 4-year BA or BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Strategic Communications, or a similar degree.
  • Expert writing ability: The position calls for long-form and short-form writing, from press releases highlighting ongoing initiatives to marketing and collateral copy (email, product descriptions, social media posts, etc.)

Position Summary

A new world and a new journey await you. It is a world different from any other Blizzard has created.

If you’re a passionate game developer, and, well, a good human being, then we’d love to talk to you. We have a new AAA survival game in the works, set in a new IP for PC/Console. It’s going to be amazing, and we’d love to bring you along for the ride. Together, we’ll build something big, bold, and beautiful.

As the Sr Art Director you’d be joining a world class team to be instrumental in the leadership and illustration of the game’s vision. This position would be responsible for leading a growing team, establishing direction, consistency and helping to establish the game’s Identity.

As part of studio leadership, this director will report to the project Executive Producer and will collaborate with the Creative Director, Tech Art Director and Design Director to ensure alignment and continuity across teams. The Sr Art Director will provide feedback and communicate execution standards to guide the vision of the game; allowing the team creative flexibility and support wherever needed. Finding and maintaining the right balance between quality and speed is a top priority – this director will ensure that our assets are both on time, at quality bar, and performant in engine.

Responsibilities

  • Actively define, evangelize, and evolve creative direction for the IP.
  • Act as direct supervisor for Art team leads and set standards for ART team members
  • Direct and lead the creative delivery of visual benchmarks.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, the Sr Photo/Video Producer will produce still and OLV productions with a key retail client. In this role you will:

  • Produce still photography and OLV video, working hand in hand with the PM, Creative and Account team at SJC. The Sr Photo/Video Producer must be an experienced Producer comfortable managing both photographic and video crew on a daily basis.
  • Obtain and confirm project specifications; liaise with internal stakeholders and client for statement of work, provide quotations/estimates
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle: end-to-end from requirements to post Implementation phases, working hand in hand with the PM

• Assist with managing performance marketing of DTC site across paid social, retargeting, email and search, with specific ownership of execution on SEM and paid social campaigns.

• Work with the team to build out models to ensure that the growth strategy is achieving ROAS, LTV, CAC, and attribution targets.

• Work with the team to continue to build out best in class reporting and maintain the daily, weekly and monthly analytics and reporting for the different marketing channels.

• Communicate and assist with sourcing and management of agency partners and remote workers.

• Display a strong understanding of performance measurements and data analytics to determine effectiveness and value of campaigns, conduct A/B testing and make recommendations accordingly

• Identify and test new potential channels to drive customer acquisition

• Manage paid media budget and ensure appropriate allocation of spend across channels

Qualifications/What I need:

• Have 7+ years of experience in acquisition and data-driven marketing, ideally in an e-commerce or D2C company, with an understanding of the marketing funnel and D2C brands.

• Strong experience managing campaigns on Google Ads (paid search, shopping, display, and YouTube), Microsoft Ads and Paid Social platforms

• A strong curiosity to explore new marketing channels, as well as ideate and test new ideas, and apply that learning.

• Experience working with remote developers and on site/conversion optimization.

• Analytical and detail-orientated, whilst also having a creative eye. You are equally at home working on an excel model as you are inputting on ad and site design.

• Highly organized and process-driven, but able to deal with ambiguity.

What we’re looking for: Spectrum News is launching a new national news product which will stream 24×7 on a new OTT platform. Spectrum News is in search of a Producer who will create newscasts as part of a national editorial team. Our national news puts impactful, not sensational, stories and information into context to demonstrate to viewers how their lives are connected to domestic and world events.

The Executive Producer, National News will be responsible for leading a team of producers and associate producers in the production of live and recorded national newscasts. The EP will be responsible for story selection and execution, working with news management throughout all Spectrum Networks and coordinating editorial logistics with the National Content Hub, reporters, producers and technical staff in locations throughout the U.S. The EP will also be responsible for producing special reports and series.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Supervisory responsibilities for newsroom staff and station personnel working on newscasts with particular emphasis on Producers and Associate Producers, ensuring the department’s staffing and assignment needs are met.
  • Serve as editorial lead of newscasts
  • Oversee decisions on story lineup, video/audio elements, graphics and show timing
  • Solve the challenges that come with dynamic news coverage
  • Develop backups for critical coverage
  • Coordinate logistics with all Spectrum stations
  • Perform writing and editing functions as needed
  • Generate story and coverage ideas on a daily and long-term basis
  • Handles shift scheduling and approves paid time off when applicable
  • Follow through on all assignments meeting required deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • National news experience preferred
