Our client, a large apparel retailer based in San Francisco, is looking for an Assistant Designer to join their team for a 3-month contract. This role will work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and Monday and Friday remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare basic flat sketch designs
  • Assist with basic specification of product
  • Assists with color BOMs
  • Attend fit sessions with manager; make revisions to sketch and design package as needed
  • Assist in researching the local market
  • Prepare technical packages and presentation boards
  • Manage trimming supplies and work with Trim Department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Prior experience with wovens, tops, skirts and dresses, a plus!

  • A minimum of an associates (2 year) degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts. A bachelor (4 year) degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of design experience in an agency setting is required.
  • If no degree is possessed, then 6–8 years related experience in agency setting is required.
  • Must possess exceptional computer skills. Macintosh operating platform a must. Thorough knowledge of the following software applications is required: Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote and any widely utilized word processing application.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Primary Responsibilities: Art Direction/Graphic Design
  • Interact with Copywriters, FE Developers to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
  • Possess solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned product(s).
  • Work closely with account executives to schedule and monitor all projects.
  • Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each tactic.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks, as directed by Creative Director or ACDs.

Description:

WaitWhat is looking for an Associate Producer to join the exceptionally talented team on Meditative Story, a first-of-its-kind podcast listening experience that combines the emotional pull of immersive storytelling with the immediate, science-backed benefits of mindfulness practice led by our host Rohan Gunatillake. The listening experience combines a beautifully crafted first person story with an original cinematic score. We are in search of a talented Associate Producer to help on our original Mediative Story episodes and our new companion show Soul Curriculum. On each Soul Curriculum episode we invite a storyteller back to have a deeper conversation about a central theme of their story. The conversation draws on storyteller experiences, universal truths learned, and explores how listeners might take that insight with them into their own lives.

The role focuses on research, pre and post production, preparing scripts, questions and editing the final episodes together for both shows. You must enjoy working collaboratively, be open to a diverse range of viewpoints, and feel energized and inspired by the lives and experiences of others. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audio assembly, editing and final delivery of Soul Curriculum
  • Listen to the original episode intently and select the most transformative moments in the story
  • Write the script and prepare the questions for our host
  • Collaborate with show executive producers, producers, writers and partners to gather and incorporate notes
  • Contribute editorial recommendations to help fine tune show segments
  • Manage production timeline and prioritize activities to deliver on time

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ creative experience in audio production and experience in podcasting
  • Deep knowledge of editing in Pro-Tools

Logline: Maria, an emotionally-stunted transgender punk on an aimless road trip across the country has a chance encounter with James H., a repressed minimum-wage worker trapped in the purgatory that is rural Nevada.   • Experience with campaign analyses working within digital platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, Amazon, TikTok, Twitter, SnapChat.
  • Experience working with analytics, attribution and measurement systems such as Google Analytics, Nielsen, IRI, Millward Brown, Oracle
  • Strong storytelling capabilities and significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent
  • Experience with retail media, omnichannel attribution, performance marketing, and/or closed-loop attribution
