What is the role?

We are looking for a talented and experienced Integrated Planning Manager to join the team, working on an exciting, innovation-led account. Your role will encompass supporting the Integrated Planning Director in smooth day-to-day running of the account, market coordination, supporting strategic planning across all channels, pan-European partnerships and central media planning and buying.

You must work efficiently and proactively, playing a vital role in communicating and assisting local markets with planning and activation. You would need experience and understanding of both offline and online channels. What will be your responsibilities?

The EA team are part of one of our unique m/SIX embedded model teams, where we place m/Sixers to work directly with the client. RESPONSIBILITIES

● You will be responsible for the entire operational service of all groups, social, banquet and planned food and beverage events to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

● You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of food product and satellite banquet staging area sanitation, storage and handling procedures. Implementation of food product presentation, and service standards. Monitors food quality, nutritional, and portion control standards.

● You will also consult with representatives of client groups or organizations to plan details such as number of persons expected, display desired, and food service schedule as necessary.

● You will also coordinate the entire Banquet Service including: managing the banquets team, final stewarding re-accession approval, service staffing levels, set-up (including displays, exhibits, and decorations), service, clean-up, and guest relations. Final pre-event function inspection (fire & health).

● You will also handle patron/guest compliance with all hotel rules and policies regarding banquet functions during their day. This will include reviewing all payroll and gratuity reports, arranging, confirming, and coordinating specialty entertainment and event planning as necessary. Attending weekly Banquet Event Order, Tastings, and Catering meetings. Conducts daily shift meetings.

Black Beauty Ranch, a world-renowned sanctuary in the United States, seeks a highly experienced and mission-driven Senior Director to lead their senior staff and to shape and guide the sanctuary’s delivery of high-quality animal care services to nearly 650 domestic and exotic animals. Since 1979, Black Beauty Ranch has saved animals from law enforcement seizures, cruelty and neglect cases, biomedical research, animals in entertainment, and the exotic pet trade—helping to heal and provide the best protection and care through lifelong sanctuary. With over 1,500 acres and 40 species, Black Beauty Ranch strives to create for each animal an environment as close to the wild as possible.

Black Beauty Ranch’s Senior Director oversees the direction and implementation of operations, programs, animal and veterinary care, and financial stewardship of the sanctuary and works with animal care staff to maintain consistently high-quality, high-impact services. Working with the Chief Animal Rescue, Care and Sanctuary Officer, the Senior Director leads strategic planning to ensure that the sanctuary operates at the optimal level for all animals it serves. The Senior Director supervises and coordinates a team of directors and managers to implement the sanctuary’s priorities and strategic vision. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sanctuary Strategy and Financial Stewardship

  • Oversee the direction of the sanctuary’s strategic plan and help coordinate the daily operations in alignment with HSUS’ mission.
  • Develop, lead, and ensure high-quality and high-impact animal care, service delivery, and management.
  • Champion the strategic use of funding and processes to ensure effective facilities management strategies across the sanctuary.

Animal Care Program and Facility Management

  • Oversee the programmatic work of the sanctuary, through regular consultation with directors and managers.
  • Approve, oversee and, where appropriate, participate in animal care and management.
  • In collaboration with the Chief Animal Rescue, Care and Sanctuary Officer, assist with streamlining operations including integrating new facilities and enhancing existing infrastructure to ensure compatibility with service delivery and greater consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and proactively identify and mitigate risk.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Team Leadership and Culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Biology, or another related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
  • GFAS-accredited sanctuary and/or AZA-accredited animal care center management/oversight experience.
  • Experience with animal species residing at or a focus of Black Beauty Ranch is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of management experience in an animal care setting with the ability to motivate, advise, coach, and give constructive feedback to staff at all levels.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This role offers a base salary range starting at $130,000 DOE. What Your Role Will Include

 

This Project Manager role at Regroove focuses on all aspects of managing our projects, from kickoff to success story. Each client is assigned a project manager, who captures business requirements, develops estimates with the technical team, finalizes contracts, ensures timelines, scope, and budget are maintained, and communicates internally and externally when unforeseen issues or changes arise.

 

Your work will be broken down into the following areas:

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close Microsoft 365 and custom development projects.
  • Plan and schedule project work and meetings and allocate resources based on team capacity and overall project priorities.
  • Track and manage project budget, schedule, and overall scope.
  • Manage internal administrative software and systems, such as Harvest, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft Partner Portal, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Participate, lead, and coordinate project status meetings for team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design and architecture discussions among internal technical staff and external stakeholders to achieve realistic solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and track key decisions and next steps.
  • Review all monthly time entries for accurate invoicing.
  • In coordination with the Director of Business Development, identify opportunities to develop potential projects for existing clients and assist with project scoping where requested.

  • Attend weekly morning Teams chats and biweekly team huddles.

Our Ideal Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a project management role, ideally in a technical environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting, business-facing, or related interactive role.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft 365 Suite (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, Planner) and the ability to work in a technical environment proficiently.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Account Manager (XM/Integrated) will report directly to the Sr. Account Manager and will be responsible for managing and executing successful integrated events for clients. This position includes developing event concepts and themes, coordinating logistics and vendors, creating event timelines, and handing all aspects of the event planning and execution process. In addition, this role also includes managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and creating detailed event proposals for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute event concepts and themes that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics and vendors, including event venues, production fabricators, entertainment, transportation, and asset rentals.
  • Create and manage event timelines to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed on time and on budget.

  • Measure the success of events through post-event evaluations, surveys and feedback.
  • Understand and perpetuate client annual plans and actively add strategic value beyond the initial request or assignment.
  • Review all creative/production material at every stage to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Direct responsibility for client financials including budget control reports, monthly reconciliations, estimates, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate and deliver contact reports, weekly status reports, and critical paths on a timely basis.
  • Work with your manager to deliver forecasted quarter and fiscal financial targets and identify areas of growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing an understand the local market.

The Account Director, B2B’s primary role is to lead and manage multiple client’s business from planning to execution. The Account Director, B2B will manage the day-to-day internal team and client relationships, oversee the creative development, production planning and financials of all large-scale events and B2B projects. JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading sales in NM, OK, LA, and MS for The Wine Group portfolio of brands in all sales channels. The role will be responsible for wholesaler management, financial ownership, budgeting, merchandising, trade marketing, retail planner execution and the management of TWG corporate initiatives. In addition, the Director of Sales will have accountability for the recruitment, training, and development of TWG Sales force in the dedicated markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Understand TWG initiatives: Manage field sales, trade development, execution, merchandising, private label, national and local sales initiatives. Responsible for prioritization with each channel and division both internally and externally.
  • Build relationships with wholesaler, retailers and TWG divisions (Sales, Trade Development, Sales Planning, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate Brands, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Chain Execution, On-Premise Team, Integration teams).

Summary
