The role of Copywriter at Mosaic involves both challenging conventional thinking, while also building a deep understanding of the fundamentals of writing – with an in-depth knowledge of concept and craft across a variety of mediums, including shopper, digital, social, and ecommerce. They are a seasoned storyteller, and conceptualizes truly integrated, dimensional ideas. From cracking the brief to polishing in production, you are obsessed with the craft of copywriting and can access a diverse toolbox of creative solutions to solve marketing problems.

Specific to the Commerce space, your words are always insight-driven and you know the nuanced differences needed to not only build brand awareness, but to close the deal at the point of purchase. You geek out on finding the perfect combination of the right brand messaging with the right shopper messaging on the right platform—creating the most frictionless shopping experience for your shopper.

Specifics:

  • 2+ years copywriting experience at an advertising agency, or similar setting, crafting fully integrated campaigns
  • Strong conceptual thinker: campaign concepts, retail activations, headlines, promotions, scripts, display ads, social media posts, experiential concepts
  • Experience or passion to explore the shopper mindset, solving business problems in commerce spaces
  • Strong understanding/passion around digital and creative technology – both how to write/create for digital mediums, and how to harness innovation and tools to optimize creative output
  • Experiences with CPG brands or similar
  • Diverse and flexible background including commerce, social, with experiential, PR, or content as a plus
  • Inspiring partner to art directors and designers as well as collaborative teammate with strategy, production, and account service
  • Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way – both in the development and delivery of impactful presentations
  • Culturally connected, passionate about trends, media, with diverse human interests

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to briefs across integrated disciplines

  • Ability to use copy to articulate the vision via scripts, headlines, posts, body copy, concept manifestos, and more
  • Desire to collaborate with art directors, fellow copywriters, and designers to hone their craft and develop a generalized understanding and approach to communications
  • Willingness to work closely with producers and production partners on the development of campaign assets
  • Can lead the development of presentation decks
  • Able to proofread, refine, and edit own work and the work of others
  • Can interpret and apply feedback from Creative leads, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Has a passion and excitement for innovation and new media
  • Responsible for time tracking, adhering to project budgets, timelines and allocations

The Microsoft Market Manager role is responsible for driving the overall operation of his/her retail stores through assisted sales, training and merchandising. The Market Manager ensures retail associates are equipped with the latest tools and information on Microsoft products/services through training. Overall, the Market Manager will conduct exciting and engaging demo/selling days while maintaining Microsoft brand standards through merchandising.

Essential Functions of this Position

  • Drive the sales of Windows, Office, Surface, & PC Accessories at key Microsoft retail stores
  • Provide quality product demonstrations to consumers within key retail stores driving sales handoffs to the retailer associates. (Creating the best customer experience with Microsoft products and services)
  • Deliver single and group Microsoft product trainings to retail associates
  • Protect the Microsoft brand and ensure branded areas are set to standards through merchandising, stocking, pricing, cleaning, etc.
  • Initiate and maintain business relationships at the retail and client level
  • Build strong relationships with retail store leadership and associates
  • Daily visit reporting through Microsoft’s reporting site (Each visit) along with social media visit recaps
  • Training and leading a team of seasonal part-time reps within the market
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • ​​3 – 5 years’ experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or within a service organization preferred
  • Consumer electronics or wireless experience is a plus
  • Prefer Windows and Wireless Industry knowledge & experience
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Strong selling, presentation, and computer skills
  • Previous account management experience preferred in a marketing environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
  • Visual Merchandising experience – Able to read and follow a planogram
  • Training experience, one on one and in groups
  • High School Diploma/GED

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Account Manager (XM/Integrated) will report directly to the Sr. Account Manager and will be responsible for managing and executing successful integrated events for clients. This position includes developing event concepts and themes, coordinating logistics and vendors, creating event timelines, and handing all aspects of the event planning and execution process. In addition, this role also includes managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and creating detailed event proposals for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute event concepts and themes that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics and vendors, including event venues, production fabricators, entertainment, transportation, and asset rentals.
  • Create and manage event timelines to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed on time and on budget.
  • Manage client relationships, including communicating with clients throughout the event planning process and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Measure the success of events through post-event evaluations, surveys and feedback.
  • Understand and perpetuate client annual plans and actively add strategic value beyond the initial request or assignment.
  • Review all creative/production material at every stage to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Direct responsibility for client financials including budget control reports, monthly reconciliations, estimates, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate and deliver contact reports, weekly status reports, and critical paths on a timely basis.
  • Work with your manager to deliver forecasted quarter and fiscal financial targets and identify areas of growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing an understand the local market.
  • Manage a team of Field Managers, Coordinators and Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they are meeting the needs of clients and achieving desired results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, event planning and account management is required.
  • Access to a vehicle with a G2 or G class license is required.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing trends and best practices.
  • Confident sharing points of view, providing feedback and insights, handling difficult situations and asking for advice or council.
  • Exceptional financial and budget management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or related field is preferred.
