Digital Marketing Executive – Global Content/events/training & publishing consultancy – Up to £30k, hybrid (1-2 days in office per week).

Our client, a global content, events and training business, are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year + marketing experience to join their growing team. They need someone who can execute account strategy, drive success across their client base, and showcase their excellent stakeholder management skills. This role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days in their London office per week so can be 3 days at home. In addition, our client offers 25 days holiday + BH (additional day for birthday & total increases with length of service) and a 3pm Friday finish during summer! Also there is a pension scheme, season ticket loan and regular social events, it’s a lovely, friendly company where they support and encourage staff.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and improving the marketing strategy for client campaigns. Working alongside the wider Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to deliver multi-channel campaigns across the full marketing mix, incorporating email, digital, social media, print and events. You will also take the lead with curating sponsored content, engaging videos, and organising influencer marketing campaigns, with the ultimate aim of driving audience engagement.

What do I need?

  • Proven multi-channel campaign experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Produce still life + in studio photo shoots
  • Generate contracts, manage contract tracking + vendor follow up
  • Help manage photography budget, including invoicing, forecasting, and month-end close process
  • Editorial Image Research, Stock Image Buying
  • Research still life photographers and prop stylists
  • Manage Design Team model needs + Model schedule
  • Manage Equipment/Supplies for MMK, MKC, Mens Design Team
  • Manage communication with Legal Team on IP + Licensing Rights
  • Conduct go-sees, model bookings, prepare casting looks and supplies
  • Create Model Decks + Presentations
  • Help facilitate style outs with Production Assistant
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements for photo shoots with Production Assistant
  • Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards
  • Establish and grow the brand’s relationships with new photographers and prop stylists by arranging portfolio reviews between artists and creative teams
  • Collaborate on BIG IDEAS/editorial stories to bring the brand to life

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in photo shoot production and art buying and/or project management (fashion retail experience preferred)
  • Ability to work in NYC office 4-5 days/week
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills are a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Leadership:

  • Monitoring the quality of finished artwork and conceptual materials produced by the creative team
  • Engaging in any personal development necessary to stay current in advertising techniques and standards, and researching activity required to become more familiar with clients’ businesses
  • Participating in client presentations and pitches

Creative Execution:

  • Providing high-level creative concepts and graphic design to projects while overseeing brands to ensure consistency and cohesion — including specification of type style/font, color, photography, illustration and paper stock; inspecting and approving vendor pre-press and press proofs
  • Delivering a variety of products for our clients including logo design, print advertising, signage and environmental branding, digital advertising, social media, website and landing page design, presentations and marketing and branding strategies
  • Meeting established deadlines or providing reasonable notice to the production department of special circumstances requiring deadline extension

Mentorship:

  • Consulting with the Creative Director, as well as other art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, marketing managers and more to ensure agency objectives are met
  • Supports and mentors Production Artist, Junior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer
  • Encouraging the professional development of department staff, including researching and mentoring the team on any new tools or software 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience / Skills:

  • 6+ years designer role, including past agency experience
  • Tested and proven concepting, visualization and communication skills along with a solid portfolio of published marketing, advertising and digital work 
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, proficient in G-Suite and/or Microsoft applications and comfortable with the Mac OS
