As a Collection Store Manager, you will develop a dynamic team that is focused on the client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create, lead, and execute the boutique client experience strategy and identify opportunities for improvements with a 360 view to ensure values and standards are upheld.
- Obtain client insights and provide feedback that translates into action plans for continuous improvement in the client experience, partnering closely with the Corporate Retail Excellence team.
- Lead various bespoke activities to best facilitate a seamless client experience; including but not limited to, defining objectives, planning and preparation, client coordination, entertainment, and product presentation.
- Recruit, hire, retain and provide ongoing mentorship to the boutique team to best support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors that impact the client experience.
- Create boutique and implement policies that ensure all team members contribute to the VM bar of excellence.
- In partnership with the Marketing and CRM team, utilize training in CRM, clienteling behaviors, and performance conversations to increase sales revenue year over year.
- With the retail excellence team, oversee the client journey to further strengthen the clienteling results as shown in increased client sales penetration.
- Partner appropriately with the boutique team and Corporate to ensure that the boutique meets brand standards and expectations.

VISUAL MANAGER:

As a visual supervisor you will work on the execution of floor sets to create compelling in-store and window presentations aligning to the Michael Kors vision. Your goal is to demonstrate strong visual skills in a retail store setting to drive sales. You have superior time management, multitasking and organizational skills. You are a problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions and work independently while handling multiple projects concurrently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
· Responsible for key opening and closing duties and operational tasks as needed by upper management
· Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
· Empower team to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities
· Manage product flow by driving an effective shipment and omni process to prioritize getting product to the customer; takes a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for execution and recovery of sell through and markdowns
· Collaborate with cross functional partners in ensuring accurate seasonal product is being shown in line with brand marketing and launches

Job Title: Manager, Global Visual Merchandising Communications

Reporting to (level): Sr. Director of Visual Merchandising
Who You Are:
You are energetic, collaborative, results driven graphic designer who is experienced in designing retail graphics. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious and have the vision to provide a compelling point of view and influence key decisions. You demonstrate a passion for the brand, inspire individuals and rely on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Create guidelines and maintain graphic templates for seasonal store concepts.
- Create the Visual Merchandising layouts for seasonal collections based on strong partnership with the Design and Merchandising departments.
- Concept and develop global seasonal visual merchandising directive and standards guideline.
- Lead the execution of all visual merchandising initiatives with planning and implementation of guidelines. Drive flawless execution as the cross-functional lead.
- Attend and support seasonal market execution
- Communicate and share with global teams’ guidelines, templates and shared files to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Attend meetings, present concepts and report on status of current projects if necessary.
- Manage and organize files of all products for the lifestyle and outlet channels.
- Acts as liaison between the NYC Headquarters and the global regional corporate teams to develop effective visual strategies and come up with solutions to problems within area as they arise.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years Visual Merchandising experience
- Demonstrated advanced visual merchandising knowledge and understanding how visual merchandising supports the customer experience.
- Proficiency in the following computer programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic photography skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
