This on-camera role is for a physically fit, clean-cut male who can credibly portray law enforcement and is comfortable handling a prop weapon as part of the recreation scenes. Job Responsibilities

  • Portray a law enforcement officer in true crime recreation scenes

  • Comfortably handle a prop weapon while following all on-set safety direction

  • Follow direction for blocking, timing, and continuity across takes

  • Maintain a professional, camera-ready presence throughout filming

Requirements

  • Male, ages 25–40

  • Physically fit, clean-cut look

  • Comfortable portraying law enforcement on camera

  • Comfortable handling a prop weapon (as directed by production)

  • Must be able to work in Knoxville, TN

  • Able to provide current photos (shoulders-up and full body), plus height/weight and city/state

A new Oxygen Network true crime recreation series (premiering spring 2026) is casting non-union talent in the Knoxville, Tennessee area for Crime Scene/Bonfire Friend Extras. This is a true crime reenactment project with no scripted audio, focused on natural, believable reactions and authentic “friend group” energy on camera. Production is seeking a variety of looks in the late teens to early 20s range. This is a paid local-hire opportunity with no travel, lodging, or stipends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Appear on camera as a friend extra in crime scene and bonfire-related reenactment scenes

  • Follow direction for blocking, background action, and continuity

  • Maintain professional behavior on set and adjust performance as directed

Requirements

  • Ages 18–early 20s

  • Variety of looks encouraged

  • Non-union talent local to the Knoxville, TN area (local hire only)

  • Able to submit 2 current photos: one shoulders-up and one full body (no selfies; have someone take the photos)
