The Role

The Client Solutions Senior Manager is a key member of the client service and commercial teams at EDO, and will be the lead of Analytics for our Entertainment (Movie Studio and Streaming) clients. EDO’s Entertainment clients run urgent and accountable ad campaigns and are many of our most sophisticated and longest tenured clients. This is a critical role that will be working side-by-side with sales, product, and data science leadership to bring EDO data to life and maximize value for these high-profile clients. The role requires equal parts analytic skill and the ability to create and present actionable data-driven insights to television networks, movie studios, marketers and their agencies.

What You Will Do

  • Manage client accounts as the day-to-day EDO point person for the research and insights teams at TV Networks and Fortune 500 advertisers.
  • Understand our clients’ needs and determine new ways to present EDO data in compelling ways that match those needs.
  • Spearhead rollout of new analytics solutions for clients, including adding new first-party data sources to reporting.
  • Manage and coach a team.
  • Produce insightful reports from EDO data highlighting the performance of ad campaigns, and making actionable recommendations on media and creative strategy.
  • Produce thought leadership work to be leveraged with clients, prospects, and PR.
  • Support the sales and business development process by producing marketing collateral for new business presentations.
  • Ensure that clients are deriving maximum value from the EDO partnership to ensure high client satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.
  • Drive a consistent internal feedback loop on product utility. Work with EDO engineers and data scientists to plan and prioritize features.
  • Understand and stay on top of changing industry dynamics and the competitive landscape.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in advertising/marketing research, corporate strategy, or consulting, preferably with experience in or exposure to the Media and Entertainment industry.
  • Proficient with R and SQL. (Will be minimal use in day to day, but the junior members of the team will be actively using these languages and need to help coach on skill development, and troubleshoot when challenges arise.)
  • Experience with pixel tagging process for either ads and/or site activity.
  • Ability to write and present presentations and reports that present our information in a succinct and usable manner – i.e. a great storyteller.
  • Highly comfortable with close client engagement, and strong presence in meetings with senior executives.
  • Passion for TV and advertising is a plus.
  • Versatility, i.e., the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequently.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who has the desire to be part of a fast-growing, exciting, and nimble start up company.

Job Statement 

The individual is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the strategic plans for each category with the main objectives of lead generation, customer acquisition, retention and increased share of wallet with a digital first approach. Responsibilities

  • Build multiple product category level plans in alignment to the program briefs and key stakeholders with a focus on inbound lead and demand generation for new and existing clients

Qualifications

ANALYTICS

  • Manage the Cross Channel Attribution team by generating actionable knowledge-driven insights and analyses with a focus on marketing optimization within paid, owned and earned media and key business areas for point of origin, campaigns, destinations, attractions and events.
  • Manage and become the power user of the Cross Channel Attribution measurement platform which consists of top down marketing mix modeling and bottom up attribution.
  • Leverage top down marketing mix modeling results, bottom up attribution and consumer and marketing insights in order to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Advocate and develop learnings and strategies to support optimization, testing, personalization, segmentation and enhanced targeting across channels.
  • Develop tracking and measurement plans with recommendations for performance management.
  • Analyze performance and impact of marketing initiatives overall on both online and offline customer behavior.

STRATEGY & INTEGRATION

  • Guide the long range, annual and seasonal marketing strategies to support the Omni-channel guest experience of Universal Orlando.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive necessary marketing insights and strategies in support of the business goals.
  • Work across departments to proactively identify best practice solutions to solve complex marketing challenges.

The Creative Director is passionate about leading and mentoring a team of creatives who are helping clients take their ideas from concept to product, pushing new creative boundaries. We are a young company (founded in 2014) at a pivotal point of growth looking for a multi-disciplinary designer and visionary to join our creative studio. You will help conceptualize and design trend-inspired products for a wide variety of clients. You would be equally excited about developing incredible work as you would leading a team and shepherding the Harper + Scott brand and its creative integrity.  

On any given day you will work with a larger team (about 16 creatives) to think through and design unique and interesting products that can be customized to fit the needs of the client. You will help choose and design materials, create graphic artwork or a textile pattern, develop tech specs, review samples, and communicate with our client and help direct our overseas production team. 

This is an all-encompassing opportunity with wide exposure to the production process as well as some of the top brands in the world. In this leadership role, you will lead our highly driven Creative team through your strong relationship-building skills. We are KURU Footwear, and we are searching for an action-oriented and confident Creative Director to own the creative direction of our company, and we welcome your application.

What you’ll need to be our Creative Director:

  • Risk-taking, socially poised and motivating team builder
  • A problem solver who likes change and innovation while controlling the big picture
  • Innovative, “outside the box” thinker; undaunted by failure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
  • Several years of experience in a creative director role developing creative outputs that has driven awareness, relevance and desirability
  • Proven experience leading and managing designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers with a track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget
  • Passion and proven ability to drive a digital brand that sells to the end user
  • Experienced in measuring, tracking KPI’s for self and team, and interprets data well and can define its impact
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; also able to articulate and sell creative concepts to both internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll do as the Creative Director:

  • Create and lead to a future vision of KURU and build to that state; develop and lead the overall vision for the brand; ensure alignment with the company’s vision, strategic objectives and brand values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and eCommerce, to ensure alignment and consistency of creative direction across all touchpoints; Establish and drive a creative culture that engages world class talent, maximizes team potential, and encourages proactive cross-discipline collaboration
  • Lead and manage a team of creatives (design, photography, copy) and creative agencies, providing guidance and direction to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality and impactful designs
  • Ensure all marketing materials are centered on growing the company through the brand and that the brand satisfies the functional, social, and emotional dimensions that resonates with our customers
