The Associate Producer position involves internet research, outbound telephone calls, interviewing potential companies we might feature on our show for future episodes, securing funding and corporate sponsorship, etc. It’s a “jack of all trades” position, and we look for people who are creative, intelligent, quick on their feet, able to conduct journalistic interviews with corporate executives of large companies and have an interest in or familiarity with the basics of television production. The position is salary + commission, full-time, in an office environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will be joining a high performing team of creative self-starters comprised of Art Directors, Copywriters, UX, UI and Traditional Designers. We are looking for a creative realist – If you’re a conceptual Art Director who brings their ideas to life with beautiful, smart design, applied across integrated channels and have award winning examples in your book, we should talk!

You will be working on several clients in the financial, home furnishings, non-for-profit, insurance, travel and automotive sectors. It is essential that you are able to collaborate with your creative team, the strategic planners as well as account leadership to deliver world class creative from one offs to fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

The Senior Art Director should have a proven track record to come up with award winning ideas for TV, radio, Email, Digital Ads, Out of Home, Landing Pages, Direct Mail and Social posts.

Requirements

Must have:

• 6+ years experience in a similar role or capacity
• Strong attention to detail, organized and extremely buttoned down
• Amazing presentation skills
• Mastery of craft: sweating the small stuff
• Agency experience working on big clients
• Proficient in Adobe CS, especially InDesign, XD and Figma
• Typographic snobbery

The breakdown for the MINOR EXTRAS is:

• 1 FEMALE MINOR SHOE MODEL
• ALL RACES
• AGES 9 AND UP (For legal reasons this age is a must)
• MUST BE IN HEIGHT RANGE OF (4’11 to 5’4 tall)
• MUST FIT A SIZE 7.5 SHOE… Shoe is already bought.
• YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE TO TAKE A RAPID COVID PCR TST UPON ARRIVAL TO SET.

Please have open availability during this time as dates vary throughout the time period above.

The rate for extras on this production is $100 for 10hrs of work which you will receive in the form of a check in the mail 2 to 3 weeks after filming. Payments will be by check through the mail. All information for the check will be filled out on a voucher the parent submits upon the minor’s arrival to set. Minors will be on set for 10 hours or less.

Minors will receive a work number from the state which is necessary to be hired as an extra.

Once all information is received, the booking process begins.

During booking, someone from casting will call and confirm the minors and parents are still available for filming. They then will receive more information pertaining to the shoot with info such as date, time, location, Covid testing protocol and wardrobe instructions.
