Creative Producer:

CAVA is looking for an innovative and nimble Creative Producer to create and execute photography and video content that consistently articulates our brand and our mission. In this role, you will collaborate with the Art Director, Social Strategist, and other members of the creative team to translate the overall brand marketing message into an aligned and innovative creative vision. You will be a storyteller as much as you are a producer, as you create a wide variety of content, across platforms, and work to bring a vision to life.

Our ideal possesses tremendous communication and creative skills, with proven success in production, a strong background in food and lifestyle brands and editorial content, and a passion for executing the details efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for providing creative solutions and project oversight for top quality content that is consistently on time, on budget, and on brand. This role will report to the Art Director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage production of all CAVA creative content
  • Take the lead on planning and managing production projects within the creative team ensuring all final assets are delivered to a consistently high standard, on budget, and on time
  • Make sure the day to day studio operations run smoothly
  • Understand each project’s goals, help to develop photo, and video content aligned on goals
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to create necessary deliverables list for shoots
  • Translate concepts into visual treatments
  • Help create and execute video-first social content
  • Manage and own the production schedule and details for shoots, inclusive of both pre-production and post production, ie. locations, model bookings, props, eq rental, crafty, deliveries, retouching and editing, and other production logistics.

Work Environment

  • The internal creative team works collaboratively to complete projects. The right person for this role would have a great sense of humor with the ability to perform under pressure while elevating the brands sense of aesthetics across all channels.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD 100,000 and 120,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.

Position Summary.

As a Senior Creative Producer at Revery, your primary responsibility will be to lead a key team whose core function is storytelling through collaborative concepting, capture, and creation of animated video and design content. You will oversee and participate in the day-to-day operations across the account, ensuring both client and team needs are met. 

You will be responsible for evolving and executing the strategic vision, but most importantly ensuring we are exceeding client and team expectations with the highest quality deliverables and experience. Specific Responsibilities.

  • Oversee and manage projects including but not limited to: creative concepting, branding, copywriting, animated videos, and illustration.

  • Effectively participate in creative and conceptual brainstorming sessions while maintaining detailed notes and action items for the creative team to ensure successful follow-through.

Overall Qualifications.

  • High-level understanding of UI and/or product design.
  • Proven success at high-quality production and storytelling with a passion for delivering great work.
  • Past experience with resourcing for creative and design teams. 
  • Ability to forecast, build, and maintain complex project timelines and detailed creative resourcing plans.

Art Director

French | West | Vaughan (FWV) is seeking a talented, conceptual and passionate Art Director to join its creative team in the Raleigh office. A strong graphic and web design background is a must, as well as experience crafting, producing and presenting big-idea campaigns across all media. We’re looking for a storyteller who sweats the details and loves working within an integrated team and a fast-paced agency. The right candidate will have experience working closely with copywriters, photographers, directors, editors and production teams. You should be highly organized, deadline driven, client loving, coworker supporting and motivated to collaborate across agency departments. An integrated portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and proficiency in graphic design and art direction across all channels is a must.

At FWV, work spans all traditional and digital channels, including print, collateral, TV, social media, web, new business, and agency marketing efforts. Video editing and motion graphic skills will be considered a great plus. Experience with consumer brands in tech, western, outdoor, travel and tourism, and the pet industry would be amazing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with copywriters, account, client and production teams to concept and execute original and effective marketing campaigns
  2. Develop creative strategies focused on innovative and results driven solutions
  3. Develop logos, websites, collateral and advertising ideas
  4. Oversee printing, web development and TV/film production
  5. Present ideas and strategies with excitement and clarity, both internally and to clients
  6. Develop strategic ideas and help craft the agency’s approach in new business efforts
  7. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, pivot to client feedback, while still delivering effective creative solutions

Requirements:

  1. Digital portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and creative strategy, with examples of art direction across advertising, social, web and collateral
  2. Six-plus years of experience (creative agency experience strongly preferred)
  3. Four-year degree in communications, marketing or advertising preferred
  4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google slides, docs and drive
  5. Experience directing photo and video production, video editing and motion graphic design
  6. Advanced knowledge of print and digital production, banner design and UX design
  7. Strong leadership, collaborative problem-solving and communication skills
