Within the marketing function, you will report to the Head of Content and will be instrumental in helping to organize and manage a new creative/content team within the organization; as well as coordinate creative/content assignments across external agencies. What you’ll be able to do:

  • Manage and oversee all creative workflow within the Ford Pro team
  • Partner with Creative Leadership and Marketing Operations to formalize and enhance the standard operating procedures for the Ford Pro creative/content team
  • Define, implement, and optimize creative processes, resource and revenue tracking systems
  • Educate and train internal stakeholders and partner teams on creative process and capabilities
  • Establish relationships across internal and partner agency teams to define content production processes
  • Partner with HR/Recruiting/Finance/Purchasing to define a process for freelance creative resources
  • Partner with IT to ensure creative teams have the appropriate hardware and software to perform tasks effectively (i.e., dual monitors, Wacom tablets, Adobe Creative Suite, Macbooks, etc.)
  • Ensure creative development schedules and quality standards are being met
  • Attend project meetings to determine creative/content needs
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Producers, and Marketing Operations to provide timing and estimates for creative deliverables
  • Define and manage a routing process for in-house creative deliverables: legal, safety, product information, proofreading, etc.
  • Proactively communicate direction from internal stakeholders and creative leadership to creative teams while motivating, challenging, and mentoring
  • Look for creative solutions when dealing with strict project timelines and deliverables. “No” is not an option

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a creative agency or in-house creative department: advertising, digital, social media, publishing/content, public relations, etc.
  • Strong written and presentation skills; create detailed process documentation to convey your thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders
  • Excellence in interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Must be self-motivated, smart-working, well-organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables
  • Ongoing drive to understand emerging techniques, trends and philosophies in creative team building and process improvement

You will work closely with Producers, Product Specialists and Executive Producers on live virtual car walkthroughs for customers for our General Motors client. In this role, you will work onsite at the GM studio, ensuring all technical and digital aspects of the virtual walkthrough flow smoothly – from setting up video equipment and setting up the network connection to ensuring there are no connection issues and that onscreen intro and end frames are correct.

The Associate Producer is an entry level position responsible for supporting all levels of production on integrated engagements, sometimes leading small engagements on his/her own. It is a learning position where priority is to have wide exposure into different productions, but also a role who is expected to independently manage small/low stakes productions. You are our first source of information, communications, and statuses/successes/failures, and act as the documenters and trouble shooters for all things going on in the studio, ensuring the correct info gets to the correct people in a timely manner.

Position Summary:

Build and maintain an effective technical team to keep production standards high. Responsible for generating and maintaining, along with the Artistic Director, production budgets. Call all score and movement-based cues for performances, both at home and on tour. Manage transportation, storage, rental, and labor needs for productions at home and on tour.

Essential responsibilities:

1. Artistic Administration: Generate detailed production paperwork for all GRB productions. This

includes, but is not limited to, running paperwork for Wardrobe, Props, Rail, Spots, Deck

Electricians, and Deck Carpenters. Paperwork should be updated continually and

redistributed throughout the process.

2. Manage all technical aspects of GRB productions, including lighting, sets, and crew.

3. Manage rentals and transportation of production elements from outside vendors, including

lighting packages, costumes, and sets.

4. Manage rentals of Grand Rapids Ballet productions to other entities.

5. Artistic Direction: Provide support and assistance to visiting choreographers, designers, and

resident artistic staff.

6. Build constructive and supportive relationships with the technical team, create an

environment that is conducive to creative governance and productive meetings; works with

choreographers on helping their vision come to the stage.

7. Provides leadership, guidance and support to the technical team ensuring good management

Education & Experience:

1. High School diploma and Bachelor of Arts degree (Performing Arts)

2. 4-5 years professional theater experience in similar position.

3. Driver’s License, preferably a chauffer’s License, and have access to a vehicle for

transportation to and from business related events.

4. Ability to drive a large vehicle and up to a 26’ truck.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Ability to read music.

2. Know basic dance vocabulary. Basic knowledge of dance is helpful.

3. Advanced knowledge of Theatrical Productions, technical as well as performance.

4. Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and visual. Ability to effectively interact with a

5. Understanding of ETC Light boards, QLab, Word, Excel, and some Photoshop and Resolume

Job Description

You will work closely with Producers, Product Specialists and Executive Producers on live virtual car walkthroughs for customers for our General Motors client. This role requires a mixture of technical knowledge as well as knowledge of digital workflows, with an onsite experiential component. In this role, you will work onsite at the GM studio, ensuring all technical and digital aspects of the virtual walkthrough flow smoothly – from setting up video equipment and setting up the network connection to ensuring there are no connection issues and that onscreen intro and end frames are correct.

The Associate Producer is an entry level position responsible for supporting all levels of production on integrated engagements, sometimes leading small engagements on his/her own. It is a learning position where priority is to have wide exposure into different productions, but also a role who is expected to independently manage small/low stakes productions. You are our first source of information, communications, and statuses/successes/failures, and act as the documenters and trouble shooters for all things going on in the studio, ensuring the correct info gets to the correct people in a timely manner.

Primary

Responsibilities

  • Your top three daily duties:
    • Monitoring live tour sessions
    • Prepping and maintaining equipment
    • Key personnel for group tours (responsible for entire administration of each tour)
  • Dentsu Producers elevate the creative; find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. They lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions.
  • Ambitiously gather knowledge on production process – try to apply on projects and advocate for adherence to it to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality assets. Escalate any potential project risks to the lead producer
  • Support lead producers in the creative development, development and trafficking of all the digital campaign elements for our high-volume, fast paced client.
  • Maintain schedules set by lead producers, communicate progress and status on multiple projects, coordinate people and resources, identify challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Asset Management and banner content creation within Google Studio and associated tools leading to generating client preview links and ensuring quality control before links are sent to internal and client stakeholders for review.
  • Manage communication with partners and maintain knowledge and awareness of partner agency efforts in order to communicate risks and manage expectations around timelines.
  • Assign tickets and track progress in our internal task management system (JIRA).
  • Production organization; Coordinate meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, hot sheets, etc.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, account and PM
  • Develop and track small/low stakes project timelines and resources with minimal oversight
  • Manage multi asset deliveries using assets tracker to ensure on time and on spec delivery.
  • Close out projects properly; file management and final budget/resource actualization.
  • Conduct and document post project summary meetings

Secondary

  • Partner with senior Production team members to define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule and budget)
  • Support a senior Production team member on larger production initiatives.
  • Aim to side kick on bigger mid/high productions
  • Actively seek exposure to new project types (scale, media etc.)
