SEEN Group are expanding the creative services and brand experiences department of our company – SEEN Works – and we’re looking for an experienced producer to lead and manage the implementation of projects spanning creative campaigns, events, and content production.

The Senior Production Manager is the crucial link between SEEN Group clients and SEEN Works specialist staff and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that creative projects and campaigns (including events, photography and videography shoots, new business pitches and creative presentation documents) are produced efficiently, at the right cost and in-line with SEEN Group’s standard of excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing budgets
- Signing off & negotiating commercial terms
- Overseeing all aspects of production (internal & external)
- Taking briefs & delivering to teams
- Client liaison and relationship building
- Managing production team (including all suppliers and assistant producers)
- Scheduling
- Resource planning
- Quality control, risk management and problem solving
- Supplier relationships
To succeed in this role you will be able to:
- Showcase experience working within creative production (including campaign, digital content, events, and live activations)
- Showcase creative thinking working alongside Creative team to bring ideas to fruition
- Diplomatically manage client expectations and creative concepts to ensure delivery is feasible within budgets and timeframes
- Showcase comprehensive understanding of the strategic and creative process and be able to recommend appropriate skillsets for client briefs
- Ensure the smooth running of department operations via the management and development of in-house resource and freelance support.

As Video Producer for PC Gamer, you’ll have a head full of great creative ideas, the successful candidate will be keen to bring their expertise and knowledge to our flagship PC gaming website. Candidates will be able to proactively create high-quality short-form video content and ensure that it is produced on repeat. Responsibilities will also include the conception, creation and management of commercial video activity on PCGamer.com. You will need to be highly organised and with the ability to manage a range of different projects, seeing things through from the beginning to the end.
Requirements
- Competence to be a “one-man-band,” with an eye for lighting and ear for audio, as needed both in-studio and on-location
- Thirst for producing multiple pieces in a day from ideation, execution/editing, posting and social media distribution
- Post production Adobe Premiere speed and dexterity that does not sacrifice quality
- Ability to follow established short-form templates/show-format
- Ability to shoot strategically and have the foresight to know how a video will all come together in post

Maclean Moore are recruiting for a Creative Producer for a remote role for one of our consultancy clients.
This is role is part of an exciting growth plan with recent investments coming in to the business and is a real opportunity for an experienced Creative Producer to implement their own ideas and processes in to an established XR consultancy.
Day to day:
- Manage the production process including scoping briefs, scheduling and budget management
- Be client facing: pitching and spotting new business opportunities
- Manage accounts to ensure creative outputs exceed client expectation
- Understand and produce work on brand to the highest standards
- Meeting with clients when necessary (remote working other than this)

The Role
We are seeking an Account Director where your role will be a mix of UK and international hub activation in the world of TV and entertainment clients. As an Account Director you will support the senior team in driving forward these key accounts. Including responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with clients and managing teams to ensure delivery of activity at a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Developing creative communications strategies and campaigns ensuring their successful delivery.
- Securing the confidence of the client and colleagues as a senior communications advisor on a wide range of issues and disciplines.

- Plan, integrate and execute online PR activities within your client’s digital and traditional PR plans

- Develop blogger relations and community management programmes
- Develop digital advocacy programmes targeting key online influencers
