The ideal candidate should have demonstrated excellence in graphic design and content management experience, and a passion for online consumer products, design and consumer marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Bringing creative and graphic design ideas to editorial homepage, emails, other parts of the site and social media channels
  • Assist and coordinate all content creation, including design, imagery, copy, artwork and inspirational image research.
  • Producing and developing e-commerce imagery: on model,  flat lays, product photos
  • Conceptualizing and creating original content for day-to-day updates to site, emails and social media using photo or video editing software apps.
  • Prepping and assist creative team on editorial photo shoots
  • Maintain, track, and report content budgets per project.
  • Coordinate bookings of freelance content vendors (Including but not limited to: Photographers, Directors, Producers, Models, Styling, Studios, etc).
  • Prep and assist photographer on product photo shoots including steaming garments and styling clothing and accessories on models and table top
  • Write enticing product descriptions, take product measurements, organize product details and product photos, and deliver to Operations Manager
  • Brainstorm and create persuasive, clear and strategic copy that drives business results and can be fully integrated, online and offline. 
  • Assist to make final selects and edits of all content projects.
  • Organize and name all digital asset files for Lilly’s Kloset database

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fashion Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • 3+ years relevant experience, preferably with fashion or luxury background
  • Strong talent for all elements of design, layout and typography
  • Passion for fashion and strong knowledge of luxury brands
  • Extremely tech-savvy and ability to learn new technology
  • Proven art direction skills

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Producer will oversee creative development and production for video and audio formats from concept to delivery. This senior leader will oversee the creation of a range of high-impact content, from educational exercises and mini-docs to comedic pieces and narrative storytelling, bringing the Starts With Us values of curiosity, empathy, and courage to life in a way that builds our community and movement across platforms. As one of the first hires on this entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for building and leading a diversely experienced, cross-functional creative development and production capability. From short-form and mid-form video franchises to live streams to podcasts, you will operationalize the team’s ability to efficiently bring multiplatform expressions of the Starts With Us values to life at scale, within the context of an overarching strategic programming calendar. The ideal candidate will be able to move fast, act resourcefully, navigate ambiguity, and build solid relationships across multiple teams in a remote work environment.

  • Develop and deliver differentiated, high-impact, emotionally engaging creative projects and franchises that advance the Starts With Us mission with audiences at scale
  • Work in lock step with the CEO and the rest of the team to ensure creative strategies and initiatives are consistently aligned to and informing evolving priorities and objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of internal creatives and external partners to create original video and audio properties, and to support creative/production needs in other parts of the org
  • Collaborate with Social and Growth leads to define and internally evangelize a creative plan and programming calendar that aligns to our mission, goals, and audience, and plays out across our owned channels and social channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and leading podcast and live audio platforms
  • Own and manage budget, ROI analysis and optimization for all content development programs
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media and Growth leads to develop a creative impact playbook for how to best reach and engage target segments and cohorts
  • Source and onboard a partner set that creates optionality and capacity for our creatives to execute on the Starts With Us creative strategy
  • Define and operationalize processes and the internal toolset that allow for appropriate governance, transparency, and collaborative workflows that support nimbly bringing our creative programs to life
  • Attend and execute on-site creative, community, or marketing events as needed in support of Starts With Us initiatives
  • Create collateral and internal and external presentations as needed (briefs, decks, one-sheets, recaps, etc.)
  • Ensure Starts With Us broadly adopts a radically audience-first mindset, where the full inclusive, totality of our audience across the US is prioritized
  • Effectively work with talent including academics, entertainers, journalists and business leaders currently in the SWU network to advance our goals; recruit and develop new talent to serve as the faces and voices of SWU

Job Description

The Executive Producer elevates and ensures creative excellence through production on their assigned accounts.

The Executive Integrated Producer must be expert at navigating agency systems, predicting potential roadblocks, working to remove them, and negotiating with key players across the agency to foster the teamwork necessary to produce complex, integrated, multi-disciplinary executions. Along the way, they harness support within production, tech, business affairs, legal, project management and other disciplines to fill in knowledge gaps and manage risk. The EP advises creatives, account teams and clients on choices that shape pipelines that protect the creative ideas and executes them even stronger. They ensure client needs/goals are met and integrity in the final deliverables are kept. An important part of the role is to be a mentor to the junior producers and creatives, to guide their growth and help them execute with the highest level of craft.

Responsibilities

Production

  • Lead ( >1-5mil) high stakes Productions independently (or with the support of a less senior producer)
  • High stakes Content Productions with A-list Directors/Partners and Celebrity talent and multiple workstreams and media.
  • High stakes Digital Productions with A-list Partners and complex digital architecture/build, and possibly multiple workstream and media.
  • Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process. Lead advocacy for improved communication and work processes across disciplines.
  • Lead the discovery/vetting process on large engagements to accurately scope projects while defining project requirements and success metrics; this includes evolving creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables, determining whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (time and money), and providing creative solutions to challenges.
  • Ability to understand SOW’s with clear scope, risk, assumptions and deliverables and review those drafted by project management.
  • Demonstrated experience bidding and managing large productions (>1mil) including development of production specs and effective risk management, overseeing large multi-discipline teams and ensuring overall quality of work.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and through the production process. Have full understanding of AICP and AICE bid format.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
  • Lead post project summary meetings and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
  • Responsible for account financial health and to find solutions that has both client and agency interests in mind.

Creative Delivery and Network

  • Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and help tell stories in an innovative way whether it’s through technology, video, social, experiential or all things combined. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions. Make Art.

  • Oversee multidisciplinary producers, and their work input. Assign/brief each project to the appropriate producer and oversee their process and deliverables; Vendor casting, bid analysis, SOW/estimate writing, project organization, meeting purpose and protocol, risk assessment, time management, scoping and actualizing.
  • Mentor junior producers to a versatile production approach by developing their own creative problem solving skills with the goal to always have the highest quality of execution.
  • Share inspirational work, innovative technological solutions and best practices within the industry.
  • Advise Head of Production and partner with him/her to monitor and develop your teams performance and career path. Assist to maintain positive department energy.
  • Enforce the usage of the production toolkit: including templates, hot sheets, status documents and wrap report.

The Knoxville News Sentinel and Knox News are hiring a part-time photojournalism intern. The intern will work about 20 hours per week, with a primary focus on high school football coverage and live events on Fridays and Saturdays. Iconic Events Releasing is seeking a video producer to join our team of entertainment industry veterans. Iconic brings live and filmed entertainment of all types to movie theaters as special limited engagement events, so that fans can watch their favorites on the big screen. With events featured in cinemas across the US and internationally, Iconic Events programming includes live pay-per-view sports, music and comedy specials, classic films, award-winning television specials, Broadway productions, family events, and music docs that celebrate diversity. 

As our video producer, you’ll be working on multiple simultaneous projects that span all of those genres – and more – to create all the video assets needed to successfully promote each event cinema release:

Receive video assets from content providers at appropriate specs

Create and edit theatrical trailers and creative social videos

Convert trailer and feature videos to DCP format

Manage delivery of video materials to digital cinema distribution partners

Experience with graphic design or video motion graphics would be a plus. Please provide a portfolio of work along with your application – applications without an attached portfolio or link to a digital portfolio will not be considered.
