Panay Films, Inc. is a creative company with a focus on advertising and film that is continually growing. We’re currently seeking a freelance Post Production Coordinator. You would be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment that continually changes.

 

The ideal candidate is kind, has a positive attitude and a high degree of interpersonal intelligence. You will be working on a team and must be able to communicate well, juggle multiple tasks at once and understand how to work with different personalities.

You should possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in post production
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Advanced functions in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • An understanding of VFX and editorial workflow
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication and follow-through skills
  • Ability to track timelines, calendars and organize creative
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
  • Upbeat temperament, flexibility and adaptability as new responsibilities are assigned
  • Have a constant strive to learn, grow, and develop
  • Knowledge of Ftrack and wiredrive is helpful but not required

  • Must be based in or able to work in Los Angeles

  • Open availability between shoot dates or willingness to communicate your schedule
