The Creative Events Producer role focuses on delivery of events, mailers and activations for major brand and high-profile clients. The role will take responsibility for both event logistics and creative on projects of varying sizes and be responsible for on-going client account management including securing new commercial opportunities.Â

The role includes:Â
- The role is ‘end to end’ from brief, pitch and throughout the project lifecycle from development to delivery

Experience
In addition to a proven track record of excellent client account management. You will be able to demonstrate considerable experience in:
Supplier Management
You will have managed third-party suppliers (i.e. promotional staff, artists/specialists, Venue contracts) and external freelance support whilst demonstrate extensive knowledge of the events industry (venues, caterers, launches, experiential and promotional events).
Project Management
Writing compelling presentations, producing schedules and itineraries required for event delivery
Financial control and management of large-scale logistics budgets (e.g. between £5k and £300k)
Skills and Attributes
- In depth experience as an event producer within a similar size & quality organisation
- Expert knowledge of all event elements including managing the process and timeline, venue sourcing, food and beverage, staff management and transport
- Proven capability to input into projects budgets; up to £300,000
- Third party supplier management including managing relationships
- Team leadership experience, ability to line manage, mentor team members and motivate jr team members
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines
- Proficient and experienced user of Microsoft Office suite is essential, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong track record in very detailed experimental events for high-profile brands
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Add to the supplier data base with interesting artists and designers etc
- Actively help with new business via send outs, meetings and pitches

- Our office is based in Vauxhall so must be able to travel there when required and able to work unusual hours if required (normal hrs 9.30-6 each day unless stated otherwise)

Position Summary: The Video Production & Editing Specialist is responsible for filming and editing commercials, product demos, how to videos, Product photography, etc. This includes assembling interviews, sound bites, product shots, music and graphics. We follow a basic structure for each project but within the context of our structure there is always room for creativity. This is a heavily detail-oriented position and deadlines are crucial.
Essential Functions:
- Producing commercials, product demos, how to videos etc.
- Maintaining Camera, Audio and Lighting gear
- Organizing, archiving and maintaining projects for future use
- Some light After Effects work and basic graphic animation
- Creating graphics in After Effects from original ideas to pre-made templates which will be used in videos

Competencies:
- Adobe Premiere CC and Final Cut (7) experience

What We Need
We’re looking for an expert Associate Producer to join our 2K Mobile Games team! This position is the glue that holds the creative development, analytics, marketing and publishing teams together – driving the day-to-day work that keeps our games fresh, player-focused, and engaging!
What You Will Do
Reporting to the 2K Mobile Lead Producer, you will plan projects and be responsible for the execution of the publishing process. You will work with internal and external partners and will steer our efforts in optimally building, operating, and servicing our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with developers to define project checkpoints and sprint deliverables, then driving the successful achievement of those projects. Ensuring game production, content updates, and LiveOps plans are on track, and clearly presenting risks when they are not.
- Owning weekly production reporting and ensuring collaborators are aligned on project roadmaps and creative changes. Identifying and addressing process bottlenecks alongside the Lead Producer.
- Project-managing the tasks of the 2K Mobile publishing team – Product Managers, UA/Marketing, BD, LiveOps, BI/Reporting. Leading weekly standups and Scrum ceremonies to ensure everyone has transparency while working towards common goals.
- Handling coordination with QA, Localization, Customer Service, and Legal Clearance teams (including legal asset submissions).

Who We Believe Will Be A Great Fit
- 1-3+ years of experience in a production role for successful mobile games across all stages of development (concept to launch to live service).
- Familiarity with agile development processes and principles.
- Passion for free-to-play and service-based mobile games. Has intimate knowledge of gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and other aspects of these games’ core designs.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of working with creative and technical partners across time zones. Adept at MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or Google equivalent).
