Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making sure the influencer has all correct information to create and develop content deliverables in a timely manner

Job Description:

Odyssey Entertainment Group is looking for a remote, **Nashville-based** Influencer Campaign Coordinator to grow their team. Applicant is preferably located in Los Angeles or Nashville but is not mandatory since the role will be remote. This individual will be managing, negotiating and securing brand partnerships for a number of exclusive lifestyle Influencers as well as growing Odyssey Entertainment Group’s agencies and brand relationships. We represent authentic and special talent so it is very important that this new team member builds close relationships with our talent.

 

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives & talent
  • Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard, communicating with influencer talent, brands, and talent agencies on call
  • Outbound talent pitches & relationship building with agencies, brands and potential new talent
  • Deal negotiations & contract review

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
