We’re looking for a motivated manager to join this well established and hugely successful gallery in Taunton. Selling a range of high-end artwork from well-known and up and coming artists. Your Industry background is less important as someone with excellent sales ability, top-quality people skills and management experience would suit this role. Thorough Training will be given so knowledge in this field isn’t a requirement.

 

Some duties of the role will include:

 

  • Maintaining relationships with the existing loyal customer base and establish new business.
  • Manage the day to day running of the premises which including managing the rotas and maintaining high visual standards.
  • Engage with customers entering the premises with a consultative approach that’s informative but not pushy.
  • Using the database to inform customers of new arrivals or establish requirements for a new purchase.
  • Develop and mentor the small team of consultants.
  • Supporting with exclusive events.
  • Occasional visits to client’s homes or workspaces to establish their needs.

 

The ideal candidate would be:

 

  • A hard-working and tenacious professional who has a natural sales ability.
  • Someone who is comfortable selling over the phone as well as face to face.
  • A good communicator with leadership experience.
  • Someone who has worked with high value items or with a premium product ideally, but a good attitude and people skills are more important.

 

In return there’s a good base salary with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission which is incredibly achievable and has the potential to be very lucrative. For the right person with the right attitude there are plenty of opportunities for progression within the business. You’ll be working five days out of seven, which will include Saturdays and the occasional Sunday.

The SVP, Group Creative Director/Copy is responsible for ensuring that all Agency work is on strategy and meets or exceeds the highest level of creative accomplishment. The SVP, Group Creative Director contributes to growing the Clients’ business. They act as the EVP, Executive Creative Director’s right hand and is able to step in to fulfill these functions when necessary. Your experience in a variety of mediums, from traditional to social means that you have a wide lens for solving problems, breaking down norms, and delivering ideas that are interesting and disruptive. Creative & Content Director Responsibilities

  • Lead creative content team, build content and narrative, drive messaging, look and feel and look for design perspective
  • Manage a creative team and outside vendors to create marketing materials
  • Own content mapping and content for the company
  • Manage social and content strategy through digital marketing to drive execution

Creative & Content Director Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 8+ years of experience in creative marketing, including content writing
  • Experience managing a creative team or creative work
  • High level expertise in creative marketing & creative execution
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing
  • Bilingual in Spanish or having proficiency in Spanish is a huge plus!

Position Details

A stage manager is responsible for overseeing the logistics of the Production stage environment.

The stage manager job requires strong organizational skills, the willingness to work long hours when needed and the ability to multitask and ensures that all elements of the performance run smoothly.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Of a Stage Manager

Works with Production management to maintains cast and crew lists and manages local rehearsal and show calendar.

Oversee daily technical run-throughs directly prior to shows

Work with technical support team on the camera placement, Lighting, stage pieces.

Addresses and resolves any technical difficulties during rehearsals and performances.

Mic talent

Provide stage directions and cues to talent during rehearsals and performances as necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Demonstrates familiarity with the logistics of a television production.

Familiar with the basic function of lighting and technical details.

Willing and able to work shifts between 12noon to 11pm and occasional Weekends and some longer hours during election and special events.

Works well with a team.

Communicates clearly and effectively.

Manages time efficiently.

Demonstrates ability to multitask on an ongoing basis.

Possesses physical stamina required to remain standing, walking, and moving for long periods of time.

Exhibits knowledge of proper production safety procedures.

Our agency client is looking for an Art Director to join their team, on a fulltime basis. This will be an onsite hybrid role (2x per week in Mississauga).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ideating 360 degree campaigns for reputable retail, CPG and food clients,
  • Working with clients and a full in-house creative team.
  • Art directing photo shoots & video shoots
  • Illustrating storyboards, briefing clients, and creating actionable plans to deliver the creative.
  • Overseeing and collaborating with Designers, Production Designers, fellow ADs, and Copywriters.
  • Sketching and ideating storyboards
  • Working on set with creatives!

Skills needed:

  • A portfolio showcasing your AD skills: photo shoots, video shoots, conceptual/ideation
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Client-facing skills
