– Develop a social media strategy and content calendar

– Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.

Our rapidly growing team is looking for a Brand Manager to oversee the ongoing development of the ECARX brand, building international awareness as the company expands its global presence. Reporting to the Vice President, Communications, our Brand Manager will work across the business to ensure all products, services and activities reflect and support the development of the brand, and that the brand remains recognizable, up to date and relevant to our target audiences.

Primary Objective of Position: The Senior Specialist, Product Marketing focused on IoT (Internet of Things) products, will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop a customer value-focused marketing strategy that tells the story of transformation and innovation. Key Areas of Responsibility

The Product Development Manager will be involved in all aspects of the product life cycle, including interviewing stakeholders, drafting requirements, defining test criteria, supporting field deployments, and managing the iterative improvement process and performance analysis.     Detailed Description:

    • Understand and influence the strategic vision of the Company’s automation and controls development roadmap; assist in prioritizing development efforts and report progress to stakeholders

    This position requires the person to be able to work in a time sensitive, high visibility role and regularly travel as needed to support business units and to visit work sites.     The team is looking for an organized and commercially minded Associate Product Manager to join us on this exciting journey and work on expanding our product portfolio and integrating new applications to their product. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, outline product requirements and enable the worldwide sales organization. This role will give you the opportunity to jump in right away and learn internal processes and best practices by fully owning a new product within our product line from its inception to its launch.     Here’s more about what you’ll do:

    Product Management Strategy

    • Own consumable roadmap and drive growth by identifying new product opportunities and product configurations
    • Lead market research around consumables integrations with 3rd party devices with the support of our Senior Product Manager.
    • Gather Voice of Customer through FSC team meetings and other insights. Work closely with development teams to share learnings into software product requirements.

    Qualifications

    • We’re looking for someone to bring experience in life science or saas so that they have the knowledge to succeed in their role. That could show up in any of these backgrounds:
    • 2+ years of product management, product marketing, or technical field support in a saas or life science company, or
    • Master’s degree in life sciences and 1+ year of experience as technical field support, or
    • Ph.D. research experience with internships or experience in a non-academic environment.

    Other Job Details:

    • This role is based in Mountain View, California. The position is hybrid with an expectation of onsite 1-3 days per week as needed. We’re flexible on the hours in the office and what this looks like but we need this person to live local to the area.

    • Leverage our digital platforms and ecosystems to create digital experiences that are intuitive, personalized, intelligent and effective in driving business results, increasing customer acquisition and driving customer loyalty.
    • Manage, mentor and grow a team of digital marketers responsible for web experience, digital operations, demand gen, paid media, search optimization, marketing automation and email.
    • Manage agency relationship to ensure effective media spend and demand generation programs, continually optimizing and testing new methods and platforms; manage media performance and optimization to deliver effective results
    • Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budget and optimize spend across key acquisition channels, including paid search, organic search, paid social, etc.
    • Acts as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives and communicates to executives and other key stakeholders the strategy for driving marketing programs, the KPIs for measuring progress, and the inspiring and achieving buy in for what’s next.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience in building and advancing a high performing digital marketing team – with demonstrated expertise in digital
    • platforms, strategies, vendors, and roles.
    • Proven expertise in UI/UX, mobile experience optimization, SEO (on-page and technical), conversion rate optimization,
    • customer journey mapping, digital advertising, and digital marketing strategy development.
    • Experience with 3rd party tools for site merchandising, reporting, A/B testing, and email/marketing automation and customer
    • data. Adobe Experience Cloud preferred.
    • Experience working with Agile IT teams to manage features roadmap.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels in an organization.
    • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
    • Excellent written, oral and group presentation communication skills including the ability to articulate solutions in many formats
    • so that they are consumable by executive leaders, development teams, business stakeholders, and audiences external to Cambria.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters Preferred

    Experience: 8+ years and 5 years management experience

    Systems: Fluency/mastery of of WebOps, Digital Advertising, UX/UI, Management and Optimization of DXPs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Demand/Lead Gen, Branding, Vendor Negotiation, Agency Relationships, leveraging API/SaaS, Mobile App Strategy/ Creation/ Management. Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo and Adobe Target.

    Job Description

    Responsible for developing and executing the content strategy aligned with GNC’s brand vision, business objectives, and most of all, the consumer needs. They will connect the dots to craft a story throughout the various touchpoints across the web and digital channels to educate and engage throughout the consumer journey.

    Produce a content strategy that aligns with identified brand audiences across all digital formats- Web & App Content, Editorial, Social Media, Video, Email, etc.

    Create and maintain editorial calendar, style guides, and consistent messaging throughout marketing channels.

    Look for opportunities to tell stories leveraging our in-house experts, customers, influencers, and engaged audiences and pull through the various channels and platforms.

    Conduct content audits as well as gap analyses to identify areas for opportunity that can be translated across all digital formats as necessary.

    Work cross functionally with science and nutrition teams, Ecommerce, and marketing channel owners and planning stakeholders to craft the larger strategy and content calendar.

    Work with planning and creative teams through workstreams to bring content to life for various channels as well as individual creators, trainers and other experts within the industry.

    Work closely with SEO team for keyword analysis and ensure all content is developed and optimized for search across web, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

    Partner with merchant, legal, science, brand and other internal to ensure all regulatory standards and requirements are met.

    Ensure content is universally original, authentic, informative, on brand, relevant, and SEO friendly.

    Continually test and optimize content experiences throughout channels and audience segments.

    Curate and maintain content for optimizations, updates, accuracy and performance.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

    8+ years related experience

    Advanced degree (Master’s) preferred

    Deep understanding of marketing digital channels and how consumers consume content across them- specifically social media, blogs, Ecommerce and email

    Ability to create content throughout various digital channels and comfortable being featured on camera and within the content a huge plus!

    Has existing relationships with individual creators or understands how to create these relationships

    Experience in wellness, nutrition industry a plus

    Ability to lead a cross functional team and bring everyone together in support of an overall strategy

    High degree of proficiency across content management systems & Internet applications

    Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)

    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients

    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
