Our agency client is in search of a Senior Event Producer to join their team full-time!
The primary responsibilities for the successful Senior Event Producer include:
- Partnering with account and creative leads
- Participating in client strategy and status meetings
- Leading RFP response teams for shows ranging in hundreds to thousands of participants
- Building, coordinating, and managing positive relationships with clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors
- Understanding each event in its entirety, and making decisions accordingly
- Managing project budgets and timelines with accuracy and efficiency
- Working together with the internal team to ensure the event objectives, strategy, and creative requirements are understood and adhered to
- Ensuring A/V requirements meet the creative and project scope.
- Coordinating all event content elements and the production
- Leading and motivating teams on-site producing flawless shows, while at the same time ensuring that client expectations are exceeded time and again
- Managing the onsite execution of the event
- Responsible for all client post-event deliverables
ABOUT YOU:
- Have extensive knowledge of digital event components
- Experienced Live and Virtual Event Producer with agency-related and global brand experience, producing complex, large-scale conferences (10,000-20,000 attendees), multiple areas (exhibit hall, main stage, entertainment elements, presentations (PPT & Keynote), breakout sessions, digital components, etc.)
- Strong client relations experience
- Proactive work ethic with a sense of working with urgency
- Proven project manager
- Experience leading RFP response teams with success winning business
- Experience leading teams in producing flawless shows, while at the same time ensuring that client expectations are exceeded time and again
- Strong Project Management and negotiation experience in the event space

Job Description:Our entertainment client is in need of a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in brand management!
Responsibilities:
As a successful Senior Marketing Manager you will:
- Develop, build, and sustain comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels
- Build out project plans for all initiatives and projects that contribute to the overall strategy
- Oversee and contribute to the development of social media strategies for the brands assigned to this role
- Work closely with PR vendors to ensure press coverage is secured and leveraged, as needed
- Collaborate with in-house design staff to develop creative vision and identity for brands
- Ensure vendor alignment and resource allocation for timely delivery of brand assets
- Optimize content across all channels (both paid and organic) while maintaining brand integrity and continuity
- Most importantly, take full ownership of the shows and brands assigned to you and work collaboratively to ensure success
Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal Sr. Marketing Manager has:
- Proven ability to create and execute end-to-end marketing plans for a fast-paced, growing company
- Experience managing multiple brands and vendors simultaneously
- Knowledge of the podcast industry and/or entertainment industry
- Expertise in managing both social media and digital content
- Hands-on experience increasing brand awareness through social media
- Understanding of target audiences and key personas
- Comprehensive knowledge of all major social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or equivalent role

Our creative agency client needs an Art Director / Designer with strong events experience to help their team on a freelance basis. This is a fully remote short-term contract position (1-3 months) working around 20 hours a week(or less) and candidates can be based anywhere in the US.
In this exciting opportunity the Art Director / Designer will work closely with the agency’s creative team to concept and design event branding and all event collateral, including presentations, digital and printed signage, event swag, and more.
Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Art Director / Designer:
– In-depth events experience, with the ability to think through the full event experience to make sure the client has all the collateral they need to make the event successful
– Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint
