The Department

The Japan Country Team are responsible for Japan. This role will manage our Japanese affiliate channel, including traffic generation and conversion across all online and mobile channels. Managing, optimising our current affiliate base as well as looking for areas of growth.

Purpose of the role:

Betway is looking to build on a world class, global affiliate programme which will be fundamental to Betway’s marketing strategy and business growth. You will work with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and effective affiliate strategies are agreed and implemented.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and nurturing key sports and casino affiliate relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth,
  • Handling the negotiation of commercial deals with affiliates,
  • Delivering acquisition and retention campaigns to our affiliates both off the shelf and bespoke to meet the requirements of a given deal,
  • Working with the affiliate marketing administrators to ensure that core processes are adhered to,
  • Working across departments to align country strategy and meet business objectives,
  • Ensuring the affiliate programme meets all regulatory requirements,
  • Supporting the implementation and management of a mobile focused affiliate programme including the development of the Betway app affiliate strategy,
  • Supporting the Country Team with the affiliate budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business,
  • Driving key processes such as conversion, product enhancements and marketing offers forward, as well as working closely with country management,
  • Assisting in other ad hoc tasks as requested from time to time.

We’re adding Digital Content Manager to our Chicago office* who will be responsible for the creation of original content for a variety of marketing campaigns and forums that will execute GHOST’s product launches, promotions, and campaigns on brand e-comm channels such as the website, app, blog and email. You will work collaboratively with the creative, brand, content, and social teams to ensure brand messaging and content are on target and consistent across channels. The key objective of this role will be to optimize and maintain the overarching user experience on GHOST branded channels to ultimately drive sales and loyalty across GHOST DTC channels.

The Deets:

  • Responsible for leading day-to-day e-comm and marketing efforts to drive sales, retention, and brand loyalty within our DTC website, app, and email programs
  • Ideating and creating engaging, on brand, educational, and original content to be used across GHOST e-commerce platforms including web, amazon, email, media, and blog, ensuring deliverables are deployed on time and on target
  • Create and manage a rolling 12-month content calendar to align with brand plan for DTC channels, presenting specific details around all-types of content and their placements, aligning with strategic all-company marketing initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of the site and app by continually refreshing content, functionality, and optimizing the customer experience
  • Partner closely with SEO team to ensure content is optimized for the client experience and site performance
  • Develop a positive customer journey on GHOST owned channels and drive audience growth by building and engaging our customer database with branded & unbranded content
  • Own weekly blog content generation, including the development of visuals and written content
  • Own recommendations during project kickoff and briefing process to inform the type of original content, functionality, and features needed for e-comm channels to facilitate high-performing launch and product campaigns
  • Identify new communication channels that provide a deeper connection between the brand and customer, ultimately leading to a better customer experience
  • Continually enhance consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency of brand voice & tone while supporting e-comm initiatives.
  • Oversee the tri-weekly GHOST brand-email marketing flows and manage the creation of content for net-new and triggered emails
  • Test, schedule, preview, and deploy website, email, and app content, ensuring accuracy at each step
  • Collaborate on defined KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions, and communicate to cross-functional teams to optimize content-marketing strategies
  • Track the competitive set & sports nutrition landscape to gain an in-depth awareness and understanding of the content trends, site experiences, and storytelling, cultivating new content ideas and innovative content formats
  • Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales by leveraging customer behavior onsite, site performance trends, and asset engagement analytics.

You have:

  • 4+ years of digital content experience including managing websites, blog posts, emails, and crafting compelling content to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field of study required
  • Experience working with a fitness/health CPG brand and a strong understanding of brand identity preferred

Purpose: The Affiliate Marketing Manager is focused on recruiting publishers and advertisers for our new Scholly Offers product. This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing publisher and advertiser relationships aligned with to grow revenue for the Scholly Offers product. 

Key Accountabilities: Oversee the Affiliate Publisher Program

  • Manage Scholly’s affiliate publisher program in Tune by recruiting and fostering relationships with affiliate publishers, including content, CPA/CPC networks, subnetworks, influencers, and others to grow the Scholly Offers user base. 
  • Use Tune to monitor day to day performance of publishers to ensure ROI for the Scholly Offers product to negotiate, pause, or adjust terms of partnership if needed. 
  • Negotiate CPL, CPA, and CPC deals to ensure ROAS
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the publisher affiliate program including partner contracts, tracking, pricing, and negottions. 
  • Suggest ways to maximize use of existing paid channels and recommend new ones

Your key areas of focus:

The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Audio Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in London. You’ll lead Nothing’s consumer and marketing strategy for our growing audio product portfolio. · Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

· Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

· Partnering with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· 5+ years in product management, Advertising, data analytics, and reporting.

· Online display advertising industry experience is required and experience with programmatic or social ad platforms is highly desirable.

· Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

· Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.

· Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
