Clutch is looking for a People & Culture Manager with agency experience for a position with a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Support, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and embody the company values.
- Organize the annual team meetings efficiently.
- Drive performance through feedback, performance reviews, and cultivate a culture of growth.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing for all team members.
- Oversee interviewing, and onboard new hires.
- Partner with HR team to develop and implement employee policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational obstacles, ensuring team members have the resources they need.
- Plan and execute events in collaboration with team leads.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Network at events, conferences to build relationships.
- Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a company advocate. Promote the company values, mission, and services.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR, communications, or similar field.
- Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
- Strong writing, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Our client in Portland, Maine is searching for a talented and motivated Art Director to join their growing team. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition to permanent role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cohesive visual identities for CPG brands across diverse marketing touchpoints with a focus on digital.
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure creative alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Provide clear direction and insightful feedback to a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Manage project timelines and budgets with a meticulous approach, honed in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Source and select high-quality photography and illustrations, leveraging your established vendor network.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

Clutch is looking for an Art Director with pharmaceutical advertising agency experience for a contracted position with a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Creative, Account and Digital teams to set timelines, scope projects and manage progress throughout development.
- Develop and deploy brand identities and design systems.
- Develop and transform conceptual ideas into memorable branded experiences for website, video, social, email, print, and digital executions.
- Work iteratively with the team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes.
- Participate in all project phases, from strategy and launch to future-state optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Design, or other related field
- A deep understanding of brand experience
- Experience designing for HCP & DTC pharmaceutical clients
- Ability to develop engaging and relevant brand experiences across multiple channels.
- Outstanding execution and care for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to motion and visual design.
- Extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experienced in Sketch and Figma
- Motivated to solve complex design challenges.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A portfolio of proven work
