Engagement Manager – Managed Solutions – Remote

The Select group is seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee service engagements that focus on providing simultaneous, solution-oriented solutions. The Engagement Manager role will involve monitoring and managing various aspects of projects, including scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, quality, and resources. They will be responsible for supervising resources at the client site, ensuring their activities align with customer expectations. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality throughout and after each engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as customer escalation point for issues/concerns regarding project status and service delivery; provide status reports to client management, as needed.
  • Responsible for oversight of consultants during project engagement.
  • Serve as project team resource manager accountable for daily activities of consultant and team.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team is trained on relevant project processes, tools, or methodologies.
  • Resolve resource issues in a timely manner; provide coaching & management, escalate any performance concerns to management and human resources.
  • Analyze data and reporting of program metrics to present to the Account Management team and client
  • Work within Excel and SharePoint to manage and sort client data
  • TrackService Level Agreements between TSG and the client (ensuring we have met the agreed upon quality, deliverables, milestones, etc.)
  • Participating and leading client and consultant calls to deliver on established service level agreements reflected in statements of work

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of project coordination/management or people management experience
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer facing role
  • 4-year degree at an accredited College (or equivalent business experience)
  • Self-starter or ability to take initiative
  • Organized with keen attention to details
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

  • Listening to, and understanding guest requests, responding with prompt and appropriate action, and providing accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions

Our Regional Operations Manager has the pulse on their markets and can anticipate challenges before they manifest into larger issues. RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Regional Operations Manager will report to our home office in Columbus, Ohio but could also live in Charlotte, Nashville, or Indianapolis. The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for new locations in the Atlanta and Raleigh markets as they open. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

The job responsibilities include:

Management

  • Lead, manage and hold accountable four GM’s and five locations (with a possible 2-3 additional locations)
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings, and individual one-on-ones with direct reports
  • Responsible for succession planning (develop GM’s and team members)
  • In charge of labor scheduling and payroll for each location
  • Responsible for HR team member life cycle; advise management and staff
  • Work with team to maximize profitability in our space
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws in each location
  • Works with Rise Operators to ensure adequate team member staffing

Operations

  • Accountability for achieving quarterly, 1 and 3-year goals according to the departmental/organizational vision

  • Responsible for all financial reporting (day to day monitoring, projections, opportunities, labor, sales trends, training investments)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years high volume food/beverage/alcohol
  • 3+ years multi-unit background
  • Experience in running large facilities with 50+ team members
  • Experience with growing large facility revenues and profit growth
  • Flexible weekday schedule with weekends and late nights required
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% (overnight stays)
