Sales Coordinator Responsibility:
* Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).

Our Regional Operations Manager has the pulse on their markets and can anticipate challenges before they manifest into larger issues. RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Regional Operations Manager will report to our home office in Columbus, Ohio but could also live in Charlotte, Nashville, or Indianapolis. The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for new locations in the Atlanta and Raleigh markets as they open. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
The job responsibilities include:
Management
- Lead, manage and hold accountable four GM’s and five locations (with a possible 2-3 additional locations)
- Facilitate weekly team meetings, and individual one-on-ones with direct reports
- Responsible for succession planning (develop GM’s and team members)
- In charge of labor scheduling and payroll for each location
- Responsible for HR team member life cycle; advise management and staff
- Work with team to maximize profitability in our space
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws in each location
- Works with Rise Operators to ensure adequate team member staffing
Operations
- Accountability for achieving quarterly, 1 and 3-year goals according to the departmental/organizational vision
- Learn and hold teams accountable to abide by local liquor and employment laws
- Responsible for following budgets and forecasts
- Responsible for all financial reporting (day to day monitoring, projections, opportunities, labor, sales trends, training investments)
- Responsible for revenue growth of each location; monitor revenues, ensure consistency on how all locations perform
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5+ years high volume food/beverage/alcohol
- 3+ years multi-unit background
- Experience in running large facilities with 50+ team members
- Experience with growing large facility revenues and profit growth
- Flexible weekday schedule with weekends and late nights required
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% (overnight stays)
- Ability to work in a typical bar environment; ability to fulfill operational role when needed
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

Job Summary:
The Hall of Fame Village League & Programming Director is responsible for developing, selling, and leading successful league programs and operations at the Hall of Fame Village, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW). This position is responsible for managing at a high level of coordination and communication, adapting to the needs of the members as well as trends in the field to drive revenue from year-round league programming.
The objective of this position is to work in collaboration with the Operations Director of Recreational Sports and the Sports Coordinator to ensure the Hall of Fame Village owns and operates HOFV branded leagues of multiple sports. This position reports directly to the EVP of Global Sales.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
– Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.
– Creates league programming and HOFV tournaments while maximizing revenue.
– Ensure promotion of league programming growth, safety, member satisfaction, and member retention through program participation and facility excellence.

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator of Recruiting & Training is primarily responsible for a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and training to support the day-to-day human resources function at Hall Fame Village, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW).
The ideal candidate must be a self-driven individual who has a skill for recognizing talent. A positive energy is vital to welcoming new team members to the campus. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
– Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.
– Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of recruiting efforts to build the growing workforce at Hall of Fame Village.
– Coordinate the internship program for Spring, Summer, and Fall with a focus on providing the best experience for those joining the team.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed hiring criteria.
– Post jobs and manage advertised postings.
– Screen applications, resumes, and selects qualified candidates.
– Schedule interviews, overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring selection materials.
– Collaborate with supervisor, hiring manager, and/or other necessary staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details maintaining agency consistency.
– Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations as well as company policies, procedures, and organizational processes to ensure compliance of working for a publicly traded company.
– Attend and participate in job fairs.
– Orient and assist in onboarding new hires and interns to ensure a positive assimilation to HOFV workforce.
– Communicate information about the company, parking, work schedule, dress code, appointments, etc. with new staff and prospective new hire candidates.
– Create a secure connection with new hires so they engage fully with their coworkers, their role, and the company.
– Maintain compliance of all required new hire paperwork, access badge, name tag, IT needs, first day itinerary, and more.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Conduct ongoing training and development classes for all levels of staff.
- Assist to plan, develop, and provide training programs through different approaches such as classroom training, demonstrations, conferences, workshops, virtual, and recorded trainings to maximize engagement and learning.
- Ensure annual compliance trainings are conducted and track attendance or completion of trainings.
- Manage relationship with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized trainings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
