What you offer

• Je bent een ervaren producer met zeker een jaar of vijf bureau-ervaring;
• Je weet je weg te vinden in het produceren van digitale projecten, maar je schrikt ook niet van een video-, outdoor- of printproject;
• You love your numbers! Als creatieven een idee pitchen ben jij in je achterhoofd al bezig met een planning en begroting die nodig is om het te realiseren. En als het loopt heb je de project financiën continu onder controle. Je signaleert tijdens de voortgang van het project afwijkingen en begroot tijdig bij. Uiteraard houd je alles netjes bij in onze systemen;
• Jij bent een fixer. Je krijgt een kick van het realiseren van ideeën waarvan anderen zullen denken: ‘no way!’;
• Communicatief ben je sterk en hebt gevoel voor nuance, zodat je net zo makkelijk schakelt met onze creatieven en strategen als met klanten en externe partijen;
• Je werkt bij ACNE met veel internationaal talent, dus je drukt je net zo makkelijk uit in het Nederlands als in het Engels;
• Je bent zelfstandig, maar waar nodig kun je sparren met creatieven en externe partijen. Meerdere projecten tegelijk managen? Dat doe jij gewoon!;
• Je hebt een eigen netwerk aan freelancers, externe leveranciers en makers;

Job Description

The Associate Producer is responsible for supporting photo shoots for Nordstrom.com. This includes the initial launch through planning and meetings, the execution of the shoot through facilitating crews and resources, and summarizing the job by reporting accurate financial and shoot information. Further, the Associate Producer supports special projects, merchandise flow and shifts, rush jobs and product department shoots.

A day in the life…

• Support the business by providing producing, talent acquisition and process, for Nordstrom.com

• Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support company goals

• Ensure the development, implementation and ongoing management of department programs

• Partner with management, producers and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans

• Assist in the development and adhere to the department’s budget

• Ensure alignment on priorities and direction by partnering with other groups and leaders

You own this if you have…

• 3+ years of E-commerce experience, photo studio experience (preferred)

• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Studio Asset Management (SAM) & Filemaker

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
