Playwire is always looking for amazing Account Managers to join our Partner Success team. The Partner Success team is on the front lines dealing directly with our partners. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded, detail-oriented and analytical persuader this who onboards and manages new partner accounts brought in by our Business Development team. The Account Manager constantly reviews data to ensure that our publisher accounts are yielding the best results with our inventory. In addition, this role is responsible for all aspects of partner onboarding, account creation, and building relationships. This person has an innate ability to manage expectations of clients and deliver clear, concise messages at all levels of a business hierarchy.
Essential Functions:
- Assist strategic partners with questions and concerns regarding their accounts with speed and proficiency
- Manage priority of key accounts while handling other requests in a timely manner
- Keep a regular cadence of effective communication with all partners to ensure Playwire is always top of mind
- Respond to, and resolve, all types of inquiries that comes from partners with minimal to no assistance
- Handle executive-level client interactions, including quarterly business reviews, and strategizing bigger picture ideas
- Stay current on all new products & process management releases relevant to partner onboarding and maintenance.
- Staying informed of industry news and changes to digital advertising standards and practices.
- Collaborate with Creative and Ad Ops teams in the creation, approval & delivery process of custom executions
- Manage timely communication between Partner Support and Global Sales team so they are aware of, and selling against, new partner relationships where applicable
- Conduct outreach for more inventory from partner network when demand is high and extra supply is needed
- Proactively optimize by looking for growth opportunities with our partners. The key is to be the proactive consultant and expert with our partners instead of reactive when there is a problem
- Have an intimate knowledge and understanding of the inner-workings and systems of Playwire, as well as your partners. You should have the answers or know where to find them and be able to communicate as such to the partner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management with autonomy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, including but not limited to digital advertising industry experience
- Strong experience with websites, digital advertising, and using an ad server such as Google Ad Manager
- Experience working in Analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, MOAT
- Working knowledge of Google suite; strong knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows at once
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

To keep pace with our explosive growth, we are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for the ideation, development, launch and management of Playwire products. They play a lead role in ensuring a product’s ongoing success and performance over the course of its lifecycle. They will make recommendations to iterate the offering based on feedback, analysis, and performance data. They’re also in charge of making sure that Playwire’s technical projects are properly scheduled, understood by the developers and designers in charge of implementing them, and that all stakeholders fully understand each project’s status as it proceeds through the process of implementation and delivery.
Job duties include gathering product requirements from existing and potential customers as well as internal stakeholders, writing requirement documents and agile product backlogs, and monitoring the implementation of each product project. The TPM will work with team members to establish and communicate good estimates of delivery timing, and deploy the right people to make sure each project is executed well and that we are using all of our resources optimally.
The TPM needs to be a great communicator who facilitates clear understanding among all team members involved in technical initiatives. They also need to be detail-oriented and able to multitask, balancing the needs of multiple projects and able to keep each moving along smoothly. The TPM also needs to pick up the basics of a variety of technologies quickly, so as to be able to understand our resource needs and anticipate potential roadblocks. Finally, the TPM needs to be flexible, able to react smoothly when inevitable hiccups occur in projects and either resolve those problems themselves or bring in the necessary people to help create resolution.

Essential Functions:
- Deliver against and support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product(s) in alignment with strategic company goals.
- Establish metrics to ensure the products are launched on schedule.
- Work closely with the SVP of Product and VP of Software Engineering to maintain the schedule for technical development.
- Develop detailed feature requirements and strategic roadmaps.
- Communicate with developers to understand the effort and resources needed for each project, using video chat, text chat, email, and documentation tools.
- Prioritize and communicate user and technical product requirements to various engineering teams.
- Stay in daily communication with developers and designers to make sure projects are executing on expected timelines, and to quickly recognize problems when they occur.
- Keep stakeholders apprised of project progress and expected releases.
- Maintain scope of projects, preventing scope creep from threatening release dates or project coherency.
- Recognize miscommunication between stakeholders and developers, or areas where requirements might need to evolve due to surprises or oversights, and rectify those situations.
- Keep the customer service and marketing departments apprised of upcoming features.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Technical or Product experience
- A comprehensive knowledge of display advertising
- Demonstrated communication skills in various forms of writing and spoken communication, particularly communication regarding technical matters
- Experience writing marketing and technical product requirements
- Experience working in an agile environment, applying agile project management principles and tools.
- Capability to identify and mitigate development and implementation risks
Nice To Haves:
- Exposure and/or experience with App and OTT
- Software development experience
- Experience in business process mapping
- Knowledge of Ad Tech

To keep pace with our explosive growth, Playwire is seeking a Video Editor who will be responsible for producing custom videos.
Essential Functions:
- Produce marketing and promotional video for Playwire and direct clients
- Support ongoing production and editing of custom short-form video content
- Script, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos quickly and independently
- Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from team leads
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts
- Assist in operating cameras and sound equipment
- Ensure the produced content is creatively on-brand
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in video production; or equivalent combination of education or experience
- An impressive creative portfolio that clearly shows knowledge and execution of good video / design.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Experience with editing audio
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
- Experience wearing multiple hats (videographer / editor / designer)
- Have a good understanding of storytelling and a strong editing sense
- Strong lighting and cinematography skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure
- Very organized and efficient, with close attention to details while handling multiple tasks
- Good communication skills with the ability to take direction and explain design thinking
- Experience with voice overs, a plus
