The Broadcast Media Assistant contributes to the coordination of the media buying process and is essential to the day-to-day management of the client through the MBP process, buy maintenance, and performance. The individual in this role is required to work well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. Job Description

  • Assists in the development of media presentations and tactical POV’s.
  • Ensures key information is provided to the media operations and media planning teams throughout the campaign activation and maintenance process.
  • Supports strong working relationships with vendors to achieve campaign objectives and fulfil client campaign goals.
  • Supports the negotiation process for approved media buy activations- TV, Radio, OLV.
  • Conducts research and development of media measurements – Audience, Ratings, Etc.
  • Supports the media operations team with client financials: budget reconciliation and budget management.
  • Contributes to strategizing ways to improve and optimize campaign performance to meet client KPIs.
  • Assists with client reporting commentary that is easy to understand and also compelling and persuasive.
  • Enters key client information into media buy systems.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams.
  • Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially.
  • Knowledge of broadcast industry tools (Lens, Infosys, DDS, AdTraq, etc.) is considered a strong asset.

The Opportunity

The Manager, Social Brand Engagement will lead Ally’s brand voice across existing and emerging channels to drive traffic and foster engagement. This role is responsible for optimizing brand interactions and real-time & planned engagement that delivers on brand voice and objectives across social platforms. The role will also be responsible for campaign and customer service support, identifying and vetting emerging channels, coordinating advocacy programs, and integrating with business partners across the enterprise. This role will lead multiple direct reports and be a leader in cross-functional collaboration, consulting with key stakeholders for all organic social content and community management efforts. The Work Itself

The Skills You Bring

  • 5-7 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or social marketing
  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, English or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring direct reports of varying professional levels
  • Familiarity with social media community management, customer servicing, and social listening
  • Experience with leading social media listening tools
  • Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and delegate responsibilities across a variety of projects and initiatives

We are looking for a Director, Branded Creative that will ideate and develop creative concepts for both 3BLACKDOT Owned & Operated (O&O) Content Lifestyle Brands, as well as built-if-sold digital content series and branded campaigns that live on talent channels, and which are financed by third party brands. This is a heavily integrated role that will work cross-functionally on the development, organization and execution of these projects with our internal marketing, content, production, talent, and sales teams as well as having presence with external clients. The Branded Creative Director will manage projects from start to finish and is responsible for delivering final work to spec on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the creative lead and represent the marketing mindset on creative projects involving brand partners
  • Partner with sales to interface with clients and develop custom, integrated, multi/cross channel, entertainment programs under our owned and operated brands, and/or on talent distribution channels, that perform highly and create deep and consistent consumer engagement within profitable budgets. This is about integrating brands into our digital storytelling in highly authentic ways and the majority of opportunities will be non-scripted
  • Lead on strategizing and creating a compelling response to RFPs with big ideas, market insights, cultural proof points, measurement, and winning tactics

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital branded entertainment creative development and production. At least 3 years should reflect hands-on involvement in production.
  • Extensive passion and understanding of the digital and social landscape, creator economy, branded opportunities, and brand/agency buying behavior and preferences
  • Strong insight into youth audiences and cultural convergence is paramount. We operate in the spaces where culture is shaped and gaming and entertainment intersect with sports, music, and fashion
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication expertise. Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-figure, in-studio photographic creative efforts for Print, Digital, Retail business channels
  • Collaborate with Creative and Merchandising partners, using expertise in visual communication and problem solving
  • Manage and mentor creative talent providing direction, coaching and professional development guidance
  • Collaborate with client and creative partners to brainstorm and concept seasonal photography needs for omni-channel exposure plans
  • Direct photo shoots, pre-production meetings, selection of talent and resources to meet project objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with Studio and Client team members on assigned work to deliver the highest quality results
  • Participate in client pre-production meetings for assigned projects, providing creative input concerning product presentation

  • Produce assigned projects on schedule and within budget
  • Responsible for the organizing and final selection of all assigned photography
  • Conduct review of new photography with Senior Leadership ensuring that presentations are complete, effective, and meet creative and marketing objectives.
  • Partner with Premedia team to ensure final images meet technical standards
  • Identify and recommend solutions to graphic problems in partnership with Client Designer team
  • Collaborate with Lead Photographer to mentor photographers
  • Understand the client’s brand and properly adhere to guidelines/requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in photography, design or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing Art Direction for all marketing channels
  • Knowledge and understanding of channel requirements to ensure assets meet required specifications
  • Proficiency in all Mac-based, industry-standard software programs including, but not limited to, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Capture One.
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, advertising, and strategies within those disciplines
  • Proactive, appropriate and timely communication skills across department, agency and clients
  • Allocates time efficiently to the most important issues and completes work in a timely fashion
  • Holds high regard for personal performance and professional accountability
  • Adapts as needed to clients’ needs, feedback and critiques
