This role is responsible for producing dynamic, social-first content that connects the brand to social conversations. You’ll create dynamic, social-first content that connects our brand to trending conversations and engages audiences authentically. From high-profile moments to behind-the-scenes footage, you’ll transform everyday stories into scroll-stopping content that resonates with diehard fans and new audiences alike.

You’ll work closely with the creative, brand, and sponsorship teams as well as cross-functional partners to push creative boundaries while supporting broader business goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and produce engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute social-first campaigns that align with brand voice and strategy.
  • Capture and edit vertical video content optimized for Reels, Stories and other social platforms.
  • Design graphics and visual assets to complement social posts.
  • Monitor cultural trends and social conversations to ensure content is timely and relevant.
  • Write compelling, on-brand short form copy for posts across platforms.
  • Occasionally appear on camera for select social content as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify key moments and initiatives

What we’re looking for

Must-Haves

  • 1-3+ Years experience in creating content in a brand, sports or entertainment environment that directly align to the specific responsibilities for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of existing and emerging platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, TikTok).
  • Expertise in vertical video shooting and editing.
  • Competent graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft flawless posts in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $53,500 – $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.

Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Purpose of Position

  • Facilitate cable manufacturing through process optimization and flow enhancements to maximize overall efficiencies.
  • Coordinate available equipment and staffing resources to enhance WCP production performance.
  • Continuously evaluate production plan for needed adjustments and communicate all necessary information for shift consistency.
  • Monitor the safety of Manufacturing Associates and address any concerns/violations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure manufacturing associates are following all safety and housekeeping procedures to maintain the manufacturing floor and equipment as a clean and safe working environment.
  • Organize personnel resources to optimize plant output through changing manufacturing circumstances.
  • Plan and communicate product flow schedule to maximize plant output.
  • Monitor production plan compliance and adjust as needed within the guidelines provided.
  • Diligently monitor and minimize non-conforming product inventory through prevention and prompt disposition.  Includes working with Quality, Engineering, Planning and Scheduling to disposition negative flow product.
  • Primary contact with Planning and Scheduling for remakes, expedite or special orders.
  • Coordinate flow of ‘special’ orders or projects through manufacturing.
  • Keep track of OOF and disposition items to support scheduling and quality.
  • Determine need for additional support necessary to meet production requirements.
  • Ensure Autonomous Care and Visual KPI entry compliance.
  • Provide coordinator coverage for additional departments based on business needs.
  • Manage raw materials in PSA through material item accuracy and remnant usage.
  • Provide daily reports on production status using shift turn-over meeting.
  • All other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous leadership experience (preferred in a manufacturing/ production environment)

  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to develop, influence and motivate manufacturing associates to achieve optimum performance.
  • Well-developed troubleshooting/problem solving skills.

The Wall Street Journal is seeking a senior audio and video producer to help launch and drive a new personal finance video podcast.

An independent film production company is expanding its team and seeking experienced 1st and 2nd Assistant Directors to support upcoming projects. As productions continue to grow in scale, this opportunity is ideal for ADs who are comfortable managing larger sets, coordinating background talent, and supporting fast-paced film environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the director with scheduling, on-set coordination, and workflow

  • Manage background talent and assist with call sheets and daily logistics

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth production operations

  • Help maintain production timelines and on-set efficiency

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a 1st or 2nd Assistant Director

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
