JOB SUMMARY
As Cresco Labs accelerates the development of its brand portfolio, the company is seeking a Brand Manager to join our corporate Marketing team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership to bring a collection of the top national cannabis brands to the next level. You will lead the national strategy of brand positioning, brand strategy, near-in packaging and product development, communications, and work closely with the retail and regional wholesale marketing teams to define consumer promotions and in-store support. To do so, you will work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, supply chain, compliance, operations, finance, and many others to drive key initiatives and deliver results.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Develop, implement, and manage a clear brand marketing strategy for key Cresco Labs brands to set business up for both short-term and long-term success.
- Lead the development of annual marketing plans distilling an insights-based situational assessment, identifying key strategic imperatives, and cascading to core tactical brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional wholesale marketing and retail teams to develop and implement a strategic activation plan to establish brand awareness and product understanding, with clear KPIs and measurement plan.
- Manage a channel strategy and key activations within those channels for the brands, including ecommerce, digital & social media, and earned media.
- Analyze and report on sales metrics, market trends, competitive activity, consumer insights and other data to strengthen ongoing brand projects and strategy. Continuously evaluate business performance to inform short and long-term brand strategies.
- Lead the expansion and commercialization of brands into new states, along with the cross-functional development of line extensions, incremental packaging improvements, and other new business opportunities.
- Support test and learn initiatives to gain greater understanding of customer demands in a dynamic and changing marketplace.
- Effectively brief and manage internal and/or external agency partners in service of the development and execution of brand communications and integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Serve as the key representative for the brands across the organization, and present brand strategies and plans to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Traditional CPG brand management experience, with 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Track record of identifying, building, and delivering growth within a fast-moving organization.
- Ability to manage complexity and thrive in environments with minimal process and structure.
- Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities and developing strategies that address them proactively.
- Experience working in matrixed environments and building productive, cross-functional teams that drive to specific goals.
- Strong numerical and analytical skill set with ability to interpret quantitative data.

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to own and elevate Filevine’s motion design craft from brand campaigns and product launches to social content and executive presentations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who thinks in motion and leads with creative vision.
You’ll work closely with brand designers, video producers, content strategists, and marketing leadership to shape how the Filevine brand moves. You’ll also help maintain the standards and systems that keep our motion work cohesive, scalable, and unmistakably ours.
Silver Dolphin Books & Studio Fun International, the children’s publishing imprints of the Printers Row Publishing Group, are seeking an Editor to join a high-performing, dynamic, and innovative team dedicated to creating engaging novelty, licensed, and educational titles for children ages 0-12. This hybrid role, based in San Diego with three days in-office and two remote days, offers the opportunity to shape and oversee projects from concept through approval to print, hire and oversee freelance writers, and collaborate across editorial, production, and design teams in a very fast-paced, creative environment. Reporting to the Vice President and Publisher of PRPG, the Editor will help drive the development of books that delight and inspire young readers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee and assist in the development, planning, and execution of Silver Dolphin and Studio Fun books (approximately 35 titles per year),managing projects from launch through approval to print.
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check books ranging from board books for toddlers to movie-based novelty titles to book-plus fiction and nonfiction titles for middle-schoolers, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Write up to 8–10 manuscripts per year.
- Write back cover and marketing copy.
- Hire and oversee freelance writers.
- Communicate with production, editorial, and design teams during all phases of development, proactively identifying issues and applying strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, including reviewing cover concepts, layouts, and overall book design.
- Attend weekly production and scheduling meetings and communicate the status of each title related to the schedule, changes to format, and art or design concerns.
- Maintain accuracy of all information related to titles in the title management database.
- Upload materials in an organized and timely fashion to online approval systems for licensed titles; experience with licensing is a plus.
- Prepare title cost sheets to ensure projects are profitable by examining specs and budgets.
- Manage author, licensor, and packager correspondence with a high degree of organization and professionalism.
- Be comfortable presenting titles and updates clearly in meetings and to internal stakeholders.
- Follow established processes for book development, including schedule adherence, routing passes, and reviewing key information with a high degree of organization.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with a larger creative team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Ensure all titles meet PRPG’s standard of quality and artistic excellence.

Hiring Salary Range: $101,297.56 – 128,293.88.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The UFC Creative Ops & Production Coordinator will support the Paramount Streaming Design groups. This role will support all UFC design needs including key art, digital display, motion design, out of home, social, etc. Supports end-to-end production workflows for UFC, serving as the support liaison across internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets. Responsibilities include supporting production of graphic toolkits, schedules, and approvals, coordinating with artists and producers on layouts and versioning, and safeguarding creative identity across all UFC campaigns.
This is a fully onsite role (5 days/week). We strongly prefer candidates located in or able to commute to the New York City office, but we are also open to considering candidates for our Burbank, CA office.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
● Work closely with Streaming Design team leadership in resource planning and management
● Work with internal design creative production and agency teams ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
● Partner cross-functionally with managers and directors of campaign project management, program marketing, production and social
● Manage creative project workflow by planning, tracking, managing and leading all steps in the creative life cycle, including dependencies
● Set up, facilitate, and host status meetings, track action items and share notes
● Work closely with Creative Directors and creative team to define creative concepting process and structure of reviews specific to project needs, and to prioritize and align team on daily and weekly basis, keeping an eye on pipeline of projects
● Facilitate the scheduling and agenda for creative reviews
● Facilitate all stakeholder communication regarding timelines, status updates, and potential risks to the project, and partner with internal teams to identify issues early and suggest workable solutions
● Identify areas for process and workflow improvements, and recommend and implement strategies for increased production efficiencies
● Document workflows and processes and maintain repository
● Reporting on throughput and optimizing process
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 0-3+ years’ relevant experience
● AA or Equivalent
● Passion for working on the production and delivery of motion design/graphics and/or digital out-of-home, key art or digital display
● Familiar with Jira, Google Suite, Microsoft office, Asana, Airtable, and/or other productivity tools
● Some technical acumen related to design creative deliverables, with knowledge of key technologies and tools
● Good understanding of production and creative operations processes and timelines
● Passion for leading complex projects with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies
● Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple partners at all levels of a corporate organization
● Interest in managing project scope, budget and resources
