Job Description

A major six-episode limited series, “The Ithaca Files,” is seeking talented young actors ages 11–14 for four lead roles. Production will take place in Mystic, Connecticut, and young performers from across the United States are welcome to apply. This is an exciting opportunity for emerging actors to take on substantial characters in a professionally produced limited series. Travel, housing, and tutoring will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray one of four lead characters in a six-episode limited series.
• Deliver an engaging and authentic performance based on the character’s personality and storyline.
• Work professionally with the director, cast, and production team.
• Participate in rehearsals, filming, and other production activities as required.
• Follow on-set direction and maintain consistent character performance throughout production.

• Must be able to work in Mystic, Connecticut, for the production period.

The selected ambassador will interact with customers, support product sampling, and create an engaging and professional brand experience in a retail environment.

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking fun, energetic real families for an upcoming lifestyle photoshoot in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The swimwear-focused production will capture authentic family moments throughout the resort and waterpark while showcasing new products. Families of four or more are encouraged to apply, particularly those with children ages 4–11. Families must include at least one boy and one girl to represent the full product line.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate together in a professional family lifestyle photoshoot.
• Appear in waterpark and resort lifestyle scenes.
• Wear swimwear throughout the photoshoot.
• Interact naturally as a family while being photographed.
• Model featured products and follow direction from the production team.
• Participate in a wardrobe fitting before the shoot.

Requirements

• Real families of four or more.
• Ideally have children between ages 4–11.
• Family must include at least one boy and one girl.
• All participating family members must be comfortable wearing swimwear on camera.
• No visible tattoos larger than 5 inches.
• Visible tattoos under 5 inches must be disclosed with photos and be able to be covered with makeup.

Compensation

• $500 total cash compensation per selected family.
• Complimentary lodging for one night.
• Full waterpark access during the production stay.
• Future one-night stay voucher for a Kids Cabin Suite or similar, valued up to $700, subject to availability and blackout dates.
• Four waterpark day passes valued at $99.99 each.

Boston Casting is seeking athletes ages 18–32 for a non-union photo and video shoot for a major sports network in Bristol, Connecticut. The production is looking for talent with intermediate to advanced experience in a variety of sports who can confidently demonstrate their athletic skills on camera. Athletes from football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, volleyball, MMA/boxing, golf, tennis, track & field, and gymnastics backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Perform athletic movements and skills related to your sport.
• Follow direction from the production and creative teams.
• Demonstrate authentic intermediate or advanced athletic ability on camera.

Role Details:

CBS Sports HQ is looking for a Digital Line Producer (DLP) to oversee and produce live and live-to-tape programming on our 24/7 Digital Network. The DLP plays a key role in programming as they work closely with Master Control, Producers and Graphics/Video Teams throughout each shift.

Your-Day-to-Day:

• Work with Producers to mirror rundowns
• Clip topics and segments and writing title and descriptions
• Work with Master Control to bring us on air during planned and Breaking News segments
• Make editorial decisions on Programming during live-to-tape hours

Qualifications:

• Must be a massive sports fan and understand the terms and verbiage of all sports!
• 1+ years work experience preferred in helping to create and build show rundowns in cable, broadcast or digital environment.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
• Writing background preferred

Schedule:

• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Must have reliable mode of transportation to and from work
• Must be available to work 5 nights a week in office

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 60,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
