Toni Higginbotham Workshops is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant for a casual position with an immediate start. This role involves providing direct support to the team and ensuring that daily administrative tasks and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the team.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and workshops, ensuring the calendar is up to date.
- Task Management: Handle day-to-day tasks, such as preparing documents, organizing files, and handling logistics for workshops and events.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the team and external clients, managing communications efficiently and professionally.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address any issues that arise, offering practical solutions to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and the ability to manage digital tools for scheduling and communications.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Availability: Must be flexible and able to take on tasks with short notice.

Job Responsibilities
For Crew:

Production Designer: Design and decorate the setting of an elderly woman’s home, visually expressing her solitude and connection to a granddaughter studying far away. 
- 
Soundie: Record and manage on-set sound using personal equipment, including timecode equipment compatible with RED Komodo-X. 
For Actors:
- 
Portray characters in a heartfelt story centered on family, distance, and emotional connection. 
- 
Collaborate with the director and crew to bring authenticity to the narrative. 
Requirements
- 
Must be available for the scheduled weekend shoot (November 1 & 2). 
- 
Crew applicants should provide relevant materials: - 
Production Designers: Portfolio and rate. 
- 
Soundies: Equipment list and rate.

Compensation
